I toured Viviano with MaryChase and she went above and beyond to answer my questions. The property itself is gorgeous with wide open spaces, a great pool area, and a well-equipped fitness center. A great neighborhood that is lively and active, yet quiet and peaceful! Neighbors are welcoming and there’s tons to do just in the community. This neighborhood is absolutely disgusting for the price you pay. Nothing is maintained. Everything is always closed or broken. The leasing agents are cluelesss. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money on this place

I think Viviano is a great place to live. Shopping centers and Costco/ Winco are easily accessible by car or within walking distance and commuting to i15 or bangerter is also relatively straight through and quick. The gym has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is great for walking your dogs. Very friendly atmosphere.

I drove past these homes and was so surprised they were for lease! I went on a tour and the homes are beautiful. The models are absolutely stunning and the pool has the best views of the mountains. It is still under construction but from what I saw was completed I was very impressed. The townhome is spacious and not at all what I expected. Beautiful overall! Staff was very friendly and accomidated my walk in which I appreciated.

I was able to tour this property this past weekend and i was very impressed. The property is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. the pool is beautiful and plenty to do with young kids.

My wife and I were able to tour this amazing community. We saw a few different floor plans both with finished and not finished basements. We love that they come with washer and dryer units in the homes. The open space of the kitchen and front room felt great for entertains guest and family.

Such a wonderful community to live in! Viviano is super close to mountain view village and costco, which is sooo convenient. All of the employees on the property are nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is fast and on point.

Wow! I love how seamlessly the process was to getting my townhome. Vanessa was very helpful and responsive to all my concerns and questions. I love how close the property is to shops and freeway!!!! Not a fan of the construction but with everything you get, it’s worth it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE our new townhome! Huge upgrade from our old apartment and the high quality materials throughout make you feel like you are not renting. The move-in process was also super easy. Love that I am in walking distance to all these new stores and restaurants and Costco is just across the street. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place that are tired of dealing with apartment communities.

Moving from out of state was scary especially when you cannot walk the home you are paying a good amount of money for. Bonnie and Vanessa were life savors and made the move one of the easiest I have ever had! They were responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was what we were looking for! I recommend Viviano to all!
