I regret moving at this place.High crime rate of cars being broken into and stolen the management dont care they just send you emails with no solutions There are no security cameras You pay $30 for parking but have sleepless nights. SAVE YOURSELF DON'T MOVE IN HERE.

DO NOT move here unless you like bad management, having the fear of getting your car/ car parts stolen all the time, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, and super thin walls that you can hear your neighbor's phone vibrate. Yes that's right, the walls are so thin here that if your neighbor's phone is vibrating on the other side of the wall, you can hear it in your apartment.

Do not move here. High crime rate. Not safe. Your car will get stolen. You pay $25/month to park here even if you’re a resident and you still get your car stolen. You can’t find parking when you get off work because everywhere is marked reserved and they want you to pay $75/month to park your own car as a resident. They claimed to have gotten security but there is not security on the premises and their cameras are all fake and the thieves know that. That’s why the keep coming here. The leasing office staff gives out the codes to the property recklessly so thieves go into the parcel pending lockers and steal your packages. Literally the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’m Breaking my lease. I can’t live in this unsafe high stress environment.

The least you can ask of an apartment or him is that it provides a safe, quiet place to sleep. Vitruvian fails at even that. Unbearably loud fire alarms are consistently going off in the middle of the night. People have been forced to drive away from the complex for the night. It’s a CONSISTENT problem. If you work from home, be prepared to miss meetings. The hallways are loud and reverberate. Tenants taking their dogs for a walk might as well also be fire alarms. This may come off as a bitter review, but Vitruvian has actively decreased my quality of life. It is nowhere near the price point. Everything about the apartment itself is average. It would be a serviceable place if it weren’t for the glaring noise issues

False fire alarm went off in Phase 3 building around 11PM. This is constant issue with other 2 buildings but now appears we are getting them as well. The property is dirty and has trash everywhere, terribly designed parking garages, paper thin walls and the cheapest kitchen/bathroom cabinets you could imagine. They are falling apart, poorly put together and seems like made out of cardboard. If your apartment is facing pool or courtyard, forget about sleep in the summer. Constant partying , loud music and smell of BBQ grills coming in to your apartment. Management won't do anything. Upon moving to brand new apartment I had no hot water, no a/c , water leaking from the shower as they forgot to put caulking, nails sticking out of dry wall and fridge stopped working after few weeks... ohh and none of the drawers in the kitchen would stayed on their tracks, they were falling down when you pulled them out... I'm not sure if I should have laughed or cry. Moving out in few months, can't wait! Two words. STAY AWAY.

This is by far the worst establishment I have ever lived at in all my years of renting. I come to them asking for solutions as my job is downsizing and they wanted me to transfer. What does Vitruvian say, “Not my problem. If you break your lease we will put it on your credit”. So what was the result I get laid off. Worst place to live ever. Out side of this nothing at this place works as it should. Just an overpriced pair of shoes. Don’t live here.
