The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vitality on 62nd
This property and it's staff are true gems. I moved here. The property has too many amenities to name, is meticulously maintained, and the staff is outstanding.
My wife and I were apartment for months on all the usual apps. We just happened to stop by Vitality on 62nd on the way home from another viewing and it ended up being everything we were looking for and more. Thank you!
Moved into these apartments everything has been amazing so far, the moving in process was very quick and simple and the staff are all very hip and nice. So far every resident are super welcoming and everyone says hello to each other. Apartment is extremely safe and secure and practically brand new!
The building is well kept, there are plenty of amenities, and the neighbors are friendly there is a real sense of being part of a community here. Maintenance team Oleg and Alex. I can't say enough about these two persons, they are truly the best building maintenace people I have ever had.
I lived here for nearly one month and I can happily say I enjoyed it the whole time. Erica is great apartment manager who is really caring and responsive. I have recommended this apartment building to friends and they also enjoyed living here.
Have not had functioning hot water for showering for over 3 weeks now. City has been contacted. Property manager has let himself into my unit, without advance notice or consent, when he thought that I wasn't home. Laundry machines don't work. Landlord claimed to fix them but didn't. Residents are scolded by the landlord when posting signs to the machines to warn other residents. The couple that do actually function are moldy and make you sick. Security cameras didn't/don't work. First package theft was when the cameras just happened to be down. Police report has now been filed after the second package theft. Failed package deliveries because I can't get put on the call box--landlord has refused to replace the unit after two years. No on-site property manager. Silverfish--lots of them. I've killed hundreds by this point. Landlord's solution was to give me a vapor product to put in my unit that is specifically labeled as not suitable for use indoors or in any living areas--because it is toxic to humans. Package clearly states it. Place needs to be fumigated. Falsely advertises 'Brand new studios!' (It's been advertised for the 3 years that I've lived here... They're definitely not new). Hallways aren't vacuumed. Mysterious things like a 'gym being installed' and floor closure/no floor access, with no actual gym to show for it. It's been almost 2 years. Still no gym. Window leaked water down the wall and into my unit because they didn't install the windows properly. They won't fix them. Cold air also leaks into the unit. Be prepared for high heating bills. No cold water during record 109F heat wave. Garbage doesn't get picked up. Indoor garbage room is frequently overflowing and stuffed with trash. Residents were sent an e-mail that it was in the terms of our lease to only leave trash inside of the containers in the trash room. So... you are to keep overflowing trash inside your studio unit instead? On and on. I strongly do not advise living here.
1) Some of the type of creeps that live in the apartments are real characters that looks like junkies and acts like they lived in the slums. 2) Rubbish bags has been left out in the hallway for a week. 3) The noise that comes from losers in their apartments past the 11pm courtesy doesn't even apply, as management doesn't do their jobs. 4) Cameras are here and there, yet nothing still is being done. 5) You can hear everything in the building. 6) House rules doesn't even seem to apply in the "new" building, as nothing really gets done by the management. 7) Even when you paid the rent with your hard earned money from working a real job, you still have to be uncomfortable living in a non-secured building. 8) Shady characters hang out in front of the building. 9) Get ready to have your car broken into. 10) It's better to look elsewhere, as there is a reason why many residents and former residents have said something negative about the building.
Made an appointment 4 days prior and waited at the door for half an hour. The manager showed up and said "I don't have any appointment at 7" and then left. No re-schedule and double check.
