Wappingers Falls is a small suburban village positioned just south of Poughkeepsie on the banks of Wappinger Creek. The Historic District covering much of the village center includes exquisite examples of vintage architecture dating back to the 18th century, including Civil War-era row houses, the pre-Revolutionary Mesier-Brewer House, and the Grinnell Library, one of the oldest libraries in the state.

We recently moved out because our family is expanding yet again and we had outgrown our apartment. I’m not one to leave reviews like this, but the way that they are doing us so dirty is inexcusable. So here goes: these are cheaply made “luxury” apartments. Trying to contact the office is nearly impossible. Winston never did our move in inspection so I had to put a ticket in with a bunch of issues on it. While Ty was amazing with helping us get most of the issues fixed, some we were told they would come back to do and it never happened. We moved into an apartment with old carpet and now they are trying to charge us $2200 to replace. Absolutely not happening. We also had a leak during a very bad rainstorm and the maintenance people tracked mud into our apartment. We were told for a few weeks that someone would be coming to clean the carpets and that never happened. Very disappointed. Other than that, we enjoyed living here, we had great neighbors. But the office itself is horrible, Eagle Rock is just out to get your money.
Excellent facility, Buildings and grounds are well maintained, management and maintenance staff are very attentive and helpful. Any needed repairs have been minor and have been dealt with dealt with courteously, promptly and thoroughly. Very comprehensive set of amenities. Management does its best to make the complex as homey as possible, I would recommend Vista Point to anyone
If I could give a zero I would. The management company lies to you to get you to sign a lease and than ignored what they originally told you. My advice? Get everything in writing. If you disagree with a clause in their lease and decide this place isn't for you, the company will say what you want to hear to get you signing the lease. Also they are being very pretty about animals and are currently forcing anyone with a dog to get a DNA test on file with them. I'd look elsewhere.
I absolutely love coming home. My neighbors are awesome. Ample amenities on site including a computer room and outdoor workout area. Chris, Tie, Felipe, Winston and Parker are amazing and always super helpful. I'm conveniently next to the highway and a shopping center for last minute needs. The apartments are bright and airy with a full size washer/dryer already installed. I have not a single thing to complain about since living here. My dogs love it also! ??
I have lived here a little over 5 years its quiet & clean in our complex . The units are all renovated for new tenants . The water / sewer bill is about 30.00 a month billed quarterly, the bill depends on your usage . We all have a washer & dryer in our units , this is a great convince especially if you have children ! The leasing Office Manager Winston is very accommodating and listens to the tenants . From my perspective the leasing office & maintenance do their best to keep everything running smoothly !
I've lived here for going on 3 years now its pretty good. -Pros- Almost always have apartments available people coming and going all the time. Maintenance is quick to respond if something gets broke it gets fixed pretty quickly. Can pay bill and request maintenance on line. Fairly safe Town of Fishkill Police do patrol at night. Your choice of verizon or optium for cable/internet, you pay of course. -cons- Water and sewer bill bi monthly of about $100 factor it in! My rent has been increased every time I renew $50-$100. I hear that quite common. You more than likely wont see your unit until after you sign the lease. Neighbors of course are hit and miss some of the people have dogs that are way too big than they are supposed to have and some don't clean up after them. Ive been lucky though not much too complain about.
