I have mice running around in my apartment, my bathroom ceiling is peeling and molding ( I’m sorry it’s “mildew”) from an improper pain job, I’m still waiting on someone to repair the laminate floors that’s been peeling since I moved in, the lobby’s front door has been broken for too long and I feel unsafe not to mention Im being charged for the kiosk access to the broken door! Lol I try not to complain but this is getting ridiculous. I was put on the list for an exterminator and someone came in my apartment and just dropped 3 sticky traps on the boarders of the kitchen (I have a 6 year old by the way lol) this place is a joke. I’m prettying sure it wasn’t the exterminator who did it but ok. This apartment sucks.

The building is quiet with efficient and helpful staff.

I moved in in Nov 2022 and the apartment there are multiple issues, mice, a non working dishwasher leaking when it is not in use. The management maintenance team appear o show interest but not resolution after reporting the issue over 3 weeks ago. Not satisfied.

Overall I like it . The community seem chill and I love the diversity in the building . I love the view and the convenience to septa , food and shopping centers .

I love the convenience of the neighborhood. The shopping center across the street. The bus right around the corner. And I feel pretty safe living here.

Great location but untimely and incomplete repair service.

I have enjoyed my 4 year residency at the Vista Apartments. It has allowed me to be closer to my family, friends and church. The size of my 2 bedroom apartment with storage space, in-unit laundry area, bathrooms, garage parking is/was exactly what I needed after being displaced from my home.

Staying in Vista for 3 years now and never faced any delays with maintenance. New upgrades are getting installed and management do consider your suggestions.

The management team under the supervision of Amelia is exemplary and directly serve to make life at this apartment complex comfortable for the tenant's needs. Indeed, allowing for a unique and positive experience if one were to compare with similar sites.

I have been at the Vista for eight years and love every minute of it. The staff is polite and professional, the building is clean, covid instructions are clear.

Vista is like living in low income housing or the projects. Workers go into your apartment whenever its convenient for them regardless of written documentation stating NOT to. This apartment is basically for young teenaged students with minimal standards. If you have a problem with something dont hold your breath. There are only 2 maintenance guys, taking care of the entire building. So many issues with this apartment Ill just stop here before it turns into a book.

I really love living in my apartment. Great view close to transportation,stores and doctors.

Good, professional staff. Building, garage & outside areas are always clean & up to standards.

I am a current resident (25 years old) having moved into Vista, after living in Center City for a few years in order to live within walking distance to PCOM for my girlfriend to be able to walk to her grad school classes, and we love it here! The apartment complex is in a very convenient location that is easily accessible to Center City and the suburbs of Philadelphia, and has close proximity to a lot of stores/retauraunts/Dr. offices (many even in walking distance), as well as public transit. The apartments are very spacious and provide a ton of natural lighting with the large windows and a large private balcony. When maintenance is necessary, it is very easy to place a request and the team very responsive. They will never enter your apartment without consent, Greg normally calls in the morning prior to coming, and he ensures all tasks are completed in full and done so in a timely fashion with nothing left in question. Jeff (Vista's Assistant Manager) has been, and continues to be, an amazing help to us from the time we walked contacted him for a tour. He very easy to talk to, always takes the time to say hello, answers any questions we may have, no matter how busy he may be, and works hard to satisfy all of the Vista residents.

at the Vista is a beautiful experience because of the staff and location.

Clean and excellent location. Very comfortable apartment. Wish fire alarms dont go off as often. Be aware that you can only get your packages on limited times during the day which is not ideal if you are working (currently only from 11am-1pm, 4 pm - 5:45 pm Mondays to Saturdays). The staff are very nice and accommodating about handing them out whenever they are able to outside of this time but the resident has to work around the staffs schedule which can be disruptive to your day. I was assured that they are working on a more ideal system that is convenient for everybody while making sure that packages are not lost. Also, there was an issue before of some unsavory graffitis being made in the community and the staff were quick to act on ensuring that it does not occur again. It means that they are doing their best to keep this a safe and comfortable place to live in.

My family and u have been residences since 2005. In fact, my late father lived here in the early nineties when the building then was the Iroquois Apts. I like the community and the staff They are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable of the companies services and if you have a problem they will solve your situation in a timely fashion. I love my view. Would I recommend Vista? Yes. Convenient around the corner from public transportation and across the street from a shopping center Walking distance to the commuter train station.

The vista is a fantastic place to live. Great pricing, and most of the staff is extremely friendly.

Very impressed with the way the staff and management handled the whole covid-19 situation. They definitely showed that their residents safety are their priority. I can see a lot of improvements being done to the building as well. Staff are cordial, helpful and professional.

This staff of four works as a team and it is reflected in the success of their product. a happy tenant. They are consistently professional, work quietly, and clearly has the tenants best interest in mind as they respond with concern with issues so warranted. They are problem solvers, and we benefit, as a result. It is unlikely one would find more satisfaction of met needs elsewhere under similar financial circumstances.

I've been here close to 1o years, and think this mgmt team is the best. What ever problem I have, which are few, is handled professionaly and with a smile.

I love living here, it's close to shopping, transportation. The staff seems to care for the tenants.I will live here u til I can no longer afford to.

Every week theres changes and new rules. Were grown. And pay lots of money for the space.

Vista doesn't recycle.Don't live here if you care about the environment.

the best thing about Vista is the location, but there is the mansion and the presidential and the dane apartment

vista is a resident property that one could not do better in their desire for comfortable,and convenient living with on and off site conveniences that will enhance ones experience.

I've been residing at the Vista for 3 years now, I must say that I love it here.

Their response to concerns, recommendations and complaints demonstrates pride in their positions, as they provide excellence in the caliber and timeliness of their work.

The Vista shows you what you need to see/tells you what you need to hear so that you apply for an apartment. Once you sign the lease, communication is sub-par. Additionally, the model unit is a fantasy compared to what my actual unit looks like. The apartment was not cleaned well after the previous tenants, the paint job throughout the apartment is rushed and unprofessional, and it is just not up to the standards I was originally shown. I am very disappointed with this entire process.

My electric bill can be anywhere from 200-300 bucks in the winter, which is ridiculous for a one bedroom apartment. Also in the winter my apartment is freezing, maintenance staff came in and covered my AC units but there was very little change. The managers are nice, at least majority of the time. The location is very busy and almost impossible to make that left turn on 47th street but yet the location is very convenient. In general its a nice place but over priced.

I have been here just over a month and there are have three fire alarms past 1am. The fire escape route is also blocked by trash cans, so at least my daughter and I should be grateful it has always been a false alarm or else I would not be writing this review. I find it scary I do not feel safe in my own home

I've lived here for over two years. My experience has included removal of my sliding mirrors without my consent by entering my unit while I was not home. My electric bill during the winter months are about $250/$300 per month for a one bedroom apartment! On the plus side, the location is excellent. The view is good and the parking garage comes handy during the snowy months. You decide...
