Virginia Commons is conveniently located near neighborhood shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants and recreational facilities such as Potomac Mills Mall, Prince William Forest Park, Ripon Landing, and various historic sites and museums. Besides our community pool, BBQ grill area, and playground, our resident families enjoy local golf, tennis, fishing, boating and biking at many public recreation facilities located minutes from home. We offer apartment homes that are larger than most of the comparable units in the area. Our community is made up of 188 large one, two and three bedroom units that range from 740-1,100 sq ft. In addition to the interior space, most of our apartment homes feature balconies or patios that add private living space for enjoying the outdoors. The community is also completely fenced in to provide even more privacy for residents. We will only accept an application when we have the type unit you are requesting available, and application screening is good for 30 days. We do not maintain waiting lists.
