I have lived here for 14 years with my family and I am still living here. This place feels like home. It is a very nice and quiet community. I am very happy every time I renew my lease.

Villas on Briarcliff is an older community but so quiet and well kept. Surrounded by lovely woods and assessable to all of the city. I also feel very safe here. The apartments are huge- a great value. Never moving!

It was so wonderful to have friendly neighbors come out and welcome us during our move in! The office and maintenance staff is helpful and respond quickly to emails and maintenance requests!

Most definitely the best apartment I have stayed at in Atlanta. Not many places can offer this much square footage. The maintenance staff are very competent in their craft and the homes are of a higher quality than other places I have stayed. The staff are friendly and so are your neighbors. I like that the neighborhood is diverse as well. What speaks the most for this community is the numbers. After speaking with my neighbors, I see many who have loved here for years with the only ones leaving because they were ready to buy a house. I don't see people leaving because they did not like it hear. I always recommend this place over all others in Atlanta. Truly a great place that I am proud to call home.

I've been living here for 3 years and love it! Before my husband and I moved in we must've seen over a dozen apartments. We chose Villas on Briarcliff because of how spacious the grounds are, all the natural green around us, and the really large floor plans. These apartments are almost double the size of what you can find out there today, and because the buildings are spread out, we get a lot of privacy. Overall, we've been really happy to make this place our home.
