Property Ratings at Villas at Pleasant Ave II - 55+
This place is poor with management and towards residents. I know because they don't take care of the resident's need. They are only after your money and getting you to move in. The Microwave for instance don't work and Im still waiting for maintenance to clean it. The noise level on 4th floor isn't acceptable as I have called on them. This office doesn't care at all. 1 star means that Im not happy here and all!!! They promised me a garage and when I signed lease well none available. Unreliable people!
