We have lived here almost 6 years and love it . The office and maintenance people are great . If something needs to be repaired , it is done within the day you let them know There are events and contests going on every month , from monthly bingo, / egg hunts at Easter/pizza parties and opening day pool parties . The complex has more green spaces to walk and enjoy than any other complex I have seen and the grounds are kept well manicured .It is also VERY dog friendly, and the girls in the office and maintenance know the dogs by name and greet , pet and give treats when they see them , which is a huge thing for this dog momma .

The best office staff ever! Nothing can compare to these ladies. Sheri and Jessica are always helpful, nice, and very professional. If there is anything that I need, they always find a way to help me out. The maintenance staff makes sure that the grounds are kept clean, and they fix things in a timely manner. My neighbors are nice and respectful. I have really enjoyed living in this community for the past 2 1/2 years.

The Office Staff, Sheri, Jessica and Sonya are always friendly to help with any request and planning parties for the entire complex. The Maintenance Staff, Steve and Bobby are always ready to get to any work order and promptly no matter what time of the day or night (such as 3:00am) they get the job done and with a friendly smile when they leave after cleaning up after themselves.

This apartment is accessible to everything we need. Mr Bobby attends right away to our maintenance needs. Miss Sheri in the reception is so helpful and approachable. The staff ( front office- Jessica and Sherri) and the maintenance crew (Bobby and Steve) are so friendly and polite! Work orders quickly resolved. Grounds are kept up well and clean. We lived here 10 years ago and are back again because of the good experience.

The moving process was easy and painless, the secretary Sheri in the front office is always very helpful, a maintenance request it's taken care of immediately and correctly, the process to renew your lease is very easy. The outside areas are always well maintained and clean. I love living here!

Been living here for three years now and I can say that this place is amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful and attentive and the maintenance team is the best I've ever experienced. I've never had any major problems and any minor problem encountered is responded to and fixed straight away. Specific example: AC was running a little extra over the weekend because the temperature sensor thought it was warmer than it was. Sunday night it made some strange sounds so I turned it off. Monday afternoon turned it back on and it wasn't working, so I put in a maintenance request. An hour later the maintenance team was there looking at it and said they'd be back in the morning with the stuff to fix it. The guys spent all of Tuesday working hard and checking back every now and then to make sure it worked and that night I slept in the nice cool AC I was accustomed to.

Today I visited the Villas at Oak Crest, I was looking for a one bedroom but sadly they did not have any for immediate move in. But I can say it was the BEST customer service i’ve had in a long time, I believe the lady i talked to was named Sherry. I will definitely try again next year to move here!

I beening trying reach the maintence i call like 3 time anyways the reason of my call was cause our heat didint work 3 days so i Sleep in the cold for the pass 3 days what a ugly experince i can way to fininish my lease with apartment and im really disappointed

I have been in my apartment at my complex for the last 6 months or so and overall I am happy living there. In my building, I have pretty good neighbors. My apartment features some of the upgrades and overall is nice and clean and taken care of. The office staff is pretty nice and helpful and the maintenance staff has been great to take care of any issues that I have had come up (which aren't many by the way). The grounds are kept up and we are in a good location in our city. My biggest issue and only real complaint is the parking. My building has limited parking as it is but residents of the building in front of mine tend to take up several of our parking spots, mainly the ones who have patios or balconies facing our building and lot, even though they have a parking lot in front of their building that is at least twice as big as ours. They are told every so often to not park in our lot, but after a few days we go back to having that same issue. Other than that, I love where I live.
