This March makes a year since I’ve been here at Villas at Loganville and it has truly been a pleasure. Mary, Kitra and the office team are phenomenal and strive to ensure that you leave the office satisfied. Talking to them is truly a joy and you can tell they love what they do and this community. Maintenance is quick to respond and personable - im never left waiting months for maintenance requests the way I was at my prior complex. The office and maintenance are always quick to communicate if something will take longer than planned. The community is quiet and I’ve had so many wonderful conversations with my neighbors. I genuinely look forward to coming home here.

The Villas has gone down hill! Management and maintenance is always changing, and leaving issues unresolved. Instead of management listening to our concerns, and being sympathetic, we’re made to feel like any unresolved problems are our fault. We have emailed all of our grievances, but the most urgent is the a/c has been out for 13 days, during the hottest time of the year.

Been here just over a year now. Rents are a little high, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet, clean & family friendly. Amenities are nice and my apartment is a spacious size. Office manager is not the most people friendly or pleasant but the assist manager is a gem and makes it worth it to continue living here. My kids enjoy their schools and friends in the neighborhood.

It's nice to live here. Not too loud, nor too busy in the back by the townhouses. However, residents are messy and leave trash around the complex or directly in front of garbage dump on the ground.

They do not communicate. No update on service and still waiting for the painter he said he would be back on Wednesday of last week. No update on mold in apartment. And who compensate me for the 4 days of 3 machines running in my apartment 24 hours a day.

The property itself is always clean in my opinion its very well maintained. The ladies in the front office and the maintenance team are all wonderful! They are all very pleasant and they really get things done . The rent prices and extra fees they charge you every month are just not worth it. There are way more places just as nice that that are cheaper so make sure you look around before signing a lease

Villa's is a very clean and quiet neighborhood! My family and I moved in two weeks ago and we love it!!! Our townhome is MORE than we expected! My husband and I just recently sold our home and the town homes at the Villas has made us feel like we haven't lost much in a house! I would recommend the Villas to anyone looking for a nice clean complex surrounded by plenty of shopping and GREAT schools!!!!

I just moved here last week but so far Im loving it here! Its always clean and nice and peaceful like I like it. Im a very chill and quiet person lol. I love the apartment I got because like most people after COVID Im working remotely and I literally stare out the window all day I love the view. The location is great youre literally within a 5 mile radius to everything unless you need to go downtown then thats a drive but other than that everything is great.

Apartments are infested with roaches and management do bot provide the require pest control measures, lousy lousy lousy administration. This are not luxury apartments.
