The leasing office is great and genuinely tries to help you out with whatever you need while always being kind and respectful. Awesome amenities. The maintenance staff has an issue of marking service requests as “completed” or “resolved” but having never come by to fix anything in the first place. Has happened 4/4 times I’ve put in maintenance requests. I have had German roaches in my apartment since the first week or so of living here being “taken care of” by a pest team that I’m not so sure is even showing up when they’re scheduled to. Tl;dr: - friendly and responsive office leasing staff - amenities are great. - practically non existent maintenance staff - poor pest services

Villages at Turtle Rock is a great place to live! All amenities are very nice and up to date. I love our pet spa which has two huge grooming tubs for your pets. There’s also a huge turf dog park and a great fitness center with very modern nice machines. I definitely recommend living here at Villages at Turtle Rock!

Good place to live. Nice and respectful community. Only minor inconveniences from time to time. Beautiful pool atmosphere. One of my only complaints is the dog parks fake grass causes terrible odor. Also, bare minimum fixes on certain service requests.

We’ve been living at turtle rock for a while now and couldn’t be happier. The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. One of our favorite features is the dog park—it’s spacious and a great place for our pup to run and socialize. It really makes a difference to have pet-friendly amenities that are actually usable and enjoyable. The clubhouse is another highlight. It’s modern, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or even hosting small gatherings. Management has also been responsive and helpful any time we’ve had questions or minor maintenance requests. Overall, we feel really lucky to have found this place. It’s not just an apartment—it feels like home. If you’re looking for a community that’s both welcoming and thoughtfully designed, turtle rock is definitely worth checking out.

I have lived in plenty apartments complexes and this has been the best one so far, management is very attentive and responsive, constantly reinforcing the complex rules since some humans are stubborn and don’t understand there are rules for a reason. The amenities are well kept all year round. Very affordable prices that will definitely surprise you now days.

It’s been almost two years and so far it is a good experience. Management is professional and responsive. Repair orders completions are really fast and professional. Pool and barbecue areas are recently modified. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and neighbors.

Overall, the amenities, staff, maintenance and pricing of the complex are great. Leasing staff have always been kind and helpful. The gym is well-resourced though the dance/yoga studio has been taken over by equipment and no longer able to be used for those purposes. They try to bring community members together through events which is nice though many times people just take food and go. Parking could be better with assigned spots or a lower fee for covered parking so more people could pay for it. The pool is well maintained and communications are distributed via a resident portal making it easy to stay updated. Cleanliness of buildings could be a lot better. It's a safe and primarily quiet community.

I have been a resident at VATR for 10 years now and I love living at VATR (Turtle Rockers ?? ??). My maintenance problems are handled in a very timely manner. The staff is great. I really enjoy the activities the staff plans for us (Food Trucks, different parties etc.).

Everything is okay, except for parking. Limited visitor parking. Sometimes there is no response to emails and/or other maintenance concerns.

Maintenance is pretty good and fast to come out. The apartments also just installed grass at the dog park. So much better than the dirt that was there!

Excellent community and facilities but people do smoke here. It’s supposed to be smoke free I thinks. It’s not often but it’s a little smelly in some places.

I truly enjoy living here, I just wish I could get the lights of our hallways fixed. It’s been months since they have been out and it’s not only hard to see the keyhole at night but also not very safe.

I've had a wonderful experience living at Villages at Turtle Rock. The community is beautifully landscaped and always well-maintained, creating a serene and welcoming environment. My apartment is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The amenities at Villages at Turtle Rock are top-notch. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on weekends, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. I LOVE the community events the leasing office puts together for us in the clubhouse! Especially the craft activities. Next week we’ll be making valentines cards. Over Christmas, we made wreaths and decorated edible Christmas trees. Over Halloween time, we participated in a cookie decorating activity. They also gave us an awesome Halloween costume party!

Review: 4 stars I really like the leasing office and the staff. They always come up with fun and interesting events, which makes living here enjoyable. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the hallways are very dirty. There are cobwebs everywhere, and I’ve even seen wasp nests. I understand that this is nature, but when webs are hanging over your head, it’s just awful. I live on the third floor, and at one point, two bolts on the staircase leading to the second floor were completely loose. No one noticed until I took a photo and reported it to the office. I once had to wait 1.5 months for my microwave to be repaired. I also had to call maintenance twice for a clogged bathtub, and it took at least a week to fix the issue. That being said, this is still a great and quiet place to live with family. The school nearby is a big plus. The staff is always cheerful and friendly, which I truly appreciate.

My experience has not been great. I've definitely lived in much better apartment complexes around the area, so I'm quite disappointed. The unit had a flea infestation with some live fleas still in it at the time I planned to move in, so that was quite a setback. I then moved in to notice a dripping faucet, missing drawers, cabinets opening the wrong direction, and the wrong style of doors installed for the laundry room (they are folding doors without a track, so they open super wonky.)

The community is nice and quiet. It's safe also there is a school arcoss the road, if you are moving to turtle rock with children there is a nice pool plus the office is open everyday which I love!

Its just ok. Disappointing that playground for dogs but not for kids. Unfortunately I have corner apartment and all dog lovers never clean after poop. We are vegetarian and noticed that most of the occasion we have snacks for non vegetarians and not much for vegetarians. we have stopped participating. No security cameras in any buildings. Attached school has very low rating and I had to enrol my kid far away.

I've been living in the Turtle Rock community for over a year now and just recently transferred to a new unit. The front office staff was completely awesome in making my move and transfer as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any and all of my questions. I absolutely love my new apartment with the wooden floors and over looking the school's sports field because as an added bonus, I can sit on my balcony with my coffee and watch the baseball and soccer games!

The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The response time for work orders is usually pretty good and the complex is always clean.

I have been at VATR for the past 9 years and I love it here. The maintenance crew are great, and the staff members are great. The grounds are clean and tidy, it is very quite and I feel very safe.

Maintenance is really fast and the front office is nice. They offer cute apartment gatherings for the residents that I enjoy. Love that they keep the residents up to date on day to day activities.

Great place to live with helpful staff. Love living here. Nice gym, pool, Coffee bar is a major plus too! Property manager is easy to talk to, she makes you feel like an actual person instead of just a number. The staff always answers my questions very quickly and they’re all super friendly.
