I just moved to the Village of Rowlett about two months ago! After looking and searching for an apartment. I found these to be my HOME! Every thing about them WON/WOW me over! From the price, the location, the looks of the apartments (exterior and interior) the amenities to Selina!! Nice place but do NOT pay any money unless you plan on moving in. I applied almost a month ago and still have not received my admin fee back! They say they will call back and nothing happens! It’s really ridiculous
