The most attentive, friendly staff and the most pleasant property I have ever resided in. I have lived all over the world and Village by the Sea, in Galveston is truly one of the best multi-fanily properties I've had the pleasure of being in. I love the location, one block from the beach, the Walmart and the Randalls. Green's Bayou is right behind the complex and has a view of which I never get tired. The entire grounds is a bird lover's paradise, every kind of bird live here including a variety of waterfowl on the bayou. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of seagulls. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment maintenance, when requested, is fast and efficient.

Village by the Sea is a great community to be in. Very calm and easy going. Management is always available. Problems are solved fast. The neighbors are nice people. We are new to the complex. We moved in September 2024. I will not go anywhere.

Just moved in. Morgan and Vanessa in the office were awesome! The move in process was seamless, which was so appreciated. They provide tools for renters insurance, electricity, cable/internet discounted packages, and change mailing address. The property grounds are clean and well maintained. Loving it here so far!!!

We have been here for a couple of months only but we love it. Management is very professional and polite. The maintenance guys are also very professional and polite as well. They take care of your requests very fast. The gardens are clean. They clean the pool every morning. It is very quiet. Overall, we made the right decision moving here.

Village by the Sea (VBTS), the place I call home has the perfect location. Sitting next to a lagoon, nestled between Walmart and Randalls and maybe two blocks from Seawall Blvd and the Gulf of Mexico. Not far from everything. The wife and I have luxury, the luxury to have the best office administrators and maintenance team. The luxury to have the best neighbors and all around nice people. Yes...VBTS is our home. T&N Long

When I first came to village by the sea , I was a bit skeptical of what apartment I would get and if I would be comfortable living in it. However, when I got to my apartment and saw how my neighbourhood is so beautiful , I immediately loved it. My apartment is spacious and suitable for me and family, all shopping areas are within a 5 minute range. No need to drive , a nice walk to the stores is a great experience. The seawall is within walking distance too which comes with the lovely sea breeze . I must say thank you to Vanessa at the leasing office who took me through the whole process of getting an apartment. She is very friendly, have great customer service, and she help you make the right choice in choosing what's best for you. Village by the sea have become my new home and I made no regrets in the choice I have made in living here . Thank you management and team of village by the sea

Absolutely terrible management, for an apartment that's just the average. They'll never forget to email you with promotions but absolutely do nothing when you ask to waive late fees for ONE day of delay. I have lived in several leasing apartments in this area before and have never had such exploitative, inconsiderate people running it. If you want to protect your money and mental peace, don't live here.

Absolutely in love with this community. I feel safe it’s in a great location between Walmart and Kroger being less than 5 min away. It’s a hidden gem and I love living here. The maintenance staff is awesome they are always on top of any request you make and most requests will be done between 4-12 hours of calling. My favorite part is waking up and looking outside my balcony and seeing people walk their dogs on the nature trails and looking at the duckies along the bayou. If you want somewhere peaceful to live that’s right I’m the middle of the city this is the perfect spot.

I have lived here a total of 5 years and adding non agreed on extra charges to raise the rent on an apartment complex that is falling apart is a real turn off.

I really like Village by the Sea. I’m a new resident and I really appreciate how quiet the complex is and it’s very secure. The women in the leasing office were very kind and super helpful. I moved cross country and the leasing office made it really easy to get everything set up and the apartment was ready when I arrived which was amazing. The location is also great as its walking distance to a grocery store, a Wal-Mart, and the beach.

The community is always striving to improve. It takes feedback from residents. I enjoy the nature trails (good for dog walking but not biking) and acsless to local hot spots

I would highly recommend Village by the Sea. It is a very comfortable and safe place to live. The walking paths, lagoon and pools are nice and clean.
