Each home features maintenance-free wood grain flooring downstairs and plush carpeting upstairs. All rooms contain vertical blinds, ceiling fans and large windows that allow for sun-filled living spaces. Oversized kitchens offer immense counter space, oak cabinets, side-by side refrigerators, a gas range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A separate utility room houses a full-size washer and dryer connection and gives access to a fenced in backyard. Each home also includes a two car garage. Community amenities include a state-of-the-art clubhouse and pool with numerous offerings and access to ASYMCA-sponsored youth programs. Wellings Court is within walking distance from many on-base amenities, including the Navy Lodge, the Boone Clinic, chapel, and a Child Development Center (CDC). It is also a scenic 15-mile drive from the Virginia Beach oceanfront. The Virginia Beach Town Center, just 5 miles away, boasts a golf course, numerous shopping and dining opportunities, and K-12 schools. There is a two-pet maximum for either cats or dogs.
