The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village at the Arbors
Doors locked over an hr prior to their closing time with the sign still saying open they dont keep to posted hrs. Constantly behind the ball in keeping their residents up to date on scheduled projects.
This property is trying to make a come back. Don’t let it be on your dime. Currently it’s at my expense, headache, my children well they have no clue until I yell “We Need towels” the kitchen floods every other week! The property cannot keep a manager. No one is on the same page. Everyone says “I do not know” They present well I will give them five stars for dog poop every where cats running wild and poor excuse for a business.

The only thing they are concern about is money. They can post any kind of notice on your door besides a notice that the maintenance has come and fixed whatever request. I had several issues and even when I was told that someone (many times) would come to fix it, no one has ever came. Ive lived other paces and they would leave a note on my counter or somewhere to inform that they came and fixed the request. The only thing that I actually loved about the apartment was the floor plan. If it wasn't for the poor maintenance and the fact that the times I called in regards to an issue in the apartment weren't logged in as request then it would be a nice place.

The apartments are really nice with tenants who have been there for years, but now that the renovations have been put in place they are trying to do away with not only the old fixtures, but also the old tenants who pay almost $550 for a two bedroom. They are gradually raising prices on a rent and utilities. When I moved in 2014, my rent for my one bedroom was $525 a month with electric. Now the one bedrooms range from $645 to $680 and not only do tenants have to pay electric, but now they have to pay gas as well! Before it was comfortable, but now it seems the community is being uprooted and turned into college housing. Happy I moved, but wish I could've stayed and everything be the same.
NIce but for the money I would have wanted more, much more and pet fees well think twice about pets. I have two small pets and I do not have and extra $$$ for a fee I will never see again.
