Although Aurora doesn’t have an official downtown district, City Center houses a lot of the city’s business establishments and is located in the middle of the Denver suburb. Along with multiple shopping plazas and restaurants, City Center is home to Town Center at Aurora, a large mall. The neighborhood also has a small park for residents to enjoy. Property Ratings at Village at City Center
They don’t come out for weeks, and when they do, they don’t fix anything. Empty units haven’t been fixed for a month. Homeless people are breaking in and living there. There’s no leasing office on site so no one cares. Place is filled with trash, and dog poop.
The maintenance here is terrible. You put in a request, the guy comes to take a look and then doesn’t do anything. When we first moved in we sent the office photos of everything that was wrong and only 2 of the things were fixed.
I love it here the community is great it’s a kid friendly community for sure I love that for my kids. And I also love how our back is gated in so the kids can play . (Not necessarily gated but similar)
