Just moved to my apartment and to be honest i can be happier, i have a great view of the greenbelt park. The leasing staff was great I work with Esmeralda and she was very kind and and helpful.

These apartments are falling apart. The only thing consistent here is the plumbing issues. They have a model apartment they show but the one you get will be nothing like that beware.
I am satisfied with the amazing help I have been given since I have arrived. I am a single mom and they have satisfied me by getting me the first floor that I have asked for. When I Fist time I arrived they couldn’t find me the first floor and they promised me they would make it happen. The next they I showed up and miss Anna was so excited to share the most winderful news!. that she has able to get me the first floor and best part they were able to find the lowest price for me. No words to describe how blessed I am by the amazing leadership and care I have received. I recommend to come And make villa Siena your home!!
DO NOT move here unless it is your last resort. The place is not well kept and it's falling apart, you will have to fight them to fix normal things you need in your apartment; i.e. fridge, water heater, air conditioning, etc. They are rude and will ignore all of your calls and messages, you will have to go to the office and camp out to get your apartment back to habitability.
This complex is terrible, management is rude and unhelpful. Maintenance is friendly but hardly ever show up and do a mickey mouse job. Emergency maintenance issues are not resolved for days and you can forget routine maintenance job. The complex hasn't had hot water for over 24 hours now, not only where we not notified by email or phone but the office cut the phone lines to route all the calls. I have already had to contact the city of Carrollton to get simple issues escalated. There are roaches EVERYWHERE! In the summer if you leave your A/C on and running all day your unit will still reach up to 89 degrees! Mine stayed at 83 degrees all summer. I had $400 electricity bills each month for basically nothing! The pipes scream all day and all night for days at a time. ( like the little tea pot). My neighbor tells me her bathroom is taped off because it hasn't been fixed in over four years( out of the 6 she's been here) they cannot use it at all. Lease is up in March. This is my first and final year at Villa Siena Apartments. THE WORST!! Do Not Move Here! I WARNED YOU!!!
I don't know why it says it has a tennis court. I've lived here two years and haven't seen one. I've given up on maintenance. It's not even worth putting in the call. They will come over and say that it's fixed but if it is then it doesn't last for more than a week or so. We've had the same burner replaced on the stove the or four times now. It will work for two or three weeks and then stop. The apartment above is drops down on our toilet. I'd rather not think about where that water is coming from. Some of the neighbors are pretty good, though. We're ffering out while the getting is good.
They are upgrading the apartments but not what they should be. Like new A.C. units instead they are installing fans in every room! The new manager doesn't have managing skills or type. The asst. Manager is rude and they charge way too much for a 2 bd 2bth with lots of things to be fixed which I've called and asked to get fixed and email and still nothing. Been here 7yrs and I'm glad we are leaving soon! Complex went from good to sucky!!
Villa Siena is decent for the price. I pay $738 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath. But the apartments need remodeling due to excessive degradation of paint, door hinges, and overall wear and tear.
poorly maintained. One maintainence person that really cares but cannot do all the maintainence alone. Old units that should have had some remodeling done years ago. has changed management companies at least times since I have lived there. Appliances there do not work, and will not be fixed anyime soon. No ventilation systems in the restrooms.
