Viktoria is a place that I am happy and proud to call home for the past 3 going on 4 years. We have many multi-year tenants. It is a luxury apartment complex so the walls, floors and ceilings are better insulated or thicker which reduces noise. The amenities and appliances are top notch. The staff are absolutely amazing, attentive & always looking at ways to make it better and how to offer more. The tenants are quiet and happy to be here. The views are some of the best that the city has to offer. You really couldn’t ask for more; I love it here. Thanks to the property management, leasing staff, concierge, maintenance (and tenants); y’all make this a great place to be.

It has been a smooth stay at Viktoria. I’m happy with the cleanliness they maintain in the common areas and I also love the community events.

I’m very grateful to everyone in the office for their helpfulness and kindness during my move-in. James was especially helpful, as were Berlin and Sara. Justin and Genaro at the front desk are always very professional and friendly. Sy and Robert have both been very prompt, professional and helpful with minor repairs. Although Kevin hasn’t yet helped with my apartment, he has also been kind. I rented an airbnb for a month here with Zeus last October. The professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was so significant to me and one of the main reasons I chose to move here. Thank you.

Living at Viktoria is a relief from other luxury apartments that have slipped and fallen short. I love being a resident here and the other welcoming tenants who have been residents here for over a decade are proof that Viktoria raises and sets the standard. The amenities are luxurious – free coffee, gym, theatre room, vending, ice, rooftop lounge and clubroom with unparalleled views of the city, the sound and mountains. The apartments are grade A quality with thick walls and even thicker floors and ceilings. The split unit heating & cooling is highly effective and efficient. Sara has made significant improvements from the lobby all the way to the roof. Berlin is fun, friendly and knowledgeable; you can count on her for guidance with anything you need and is a joy to talk to. James and Justin are genuine and essential in completing the office’s team. Robert leads the way in maintenance. Paula is absolutely wonderful and guards the night at concierge whilst Genaro is the amiable face of the day and Terri looks out for others which is greatly appreciated. Thank you all so very much, I look forward to renewing my lease and joining the community of tenants who are multi-year residents.

From the first time I had a tour in Viktoria, I told myself that I only wanted to rent here. The first thing I choose Viktoria is because of public transport, and especially it is located in the center which are very convenient for me. The second is because the amenities here will surprise you, not only a rooftop with breath-taking view, you also have a movie room with a fairly large area. The last thing I chose here is because staff leasing is very friendly and enthusiastic with me.

Living at the Viktoria has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Some of the most unbeatable views with complimentary varieties of coffee and cocoa on the rooftop, excellent location to all things (shopping, grocery, dining, transportation, sight-seeing, etc.), attentive staff and concierge to ensure that there is responsiveness, service & security for the residency. Everyone staff and tenant are warm and welcoming; happy to be here. The rooms have their own W/D units, climate control (yes that includes A/C), top notch appliances. Speaking of appliances, the maintenance staff are on point and are always ready and happy to help. The walls are thick, so unless the sound is coming from your door to the hall or from your window to the city, then you aren’t going to hear it; these apartments are quiet and the tenants have the respect to help ensure that it stays that way. There is truly a Luxury Apartment experience here at the Viktoria in Seattle and I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks goes out to all who work here and to all who live here because its all of us, the Viktoria community, that make this property a worthwhile residence to call home. Viktoria is a great central location and a great value for the rent rates.

It is a great apartment building with reasonable prices near Pike Place Market.

The Viktoria feels like home. Surrounded by management and staff that feel like family. The amenities are comfortable and enjoyable. I love my space and the area. Everything is well maintained.

My move in process at Viktoria was absolutely seamless. I could very easily complete everything remotely. The staff was extremely understanding and helped me in everyway possible.

The rooftop view along with the amenities are probably the best in this area. The management team does a great job to keep it clean and tidy. The rent is also very reasonable. I wish the parking was not that expensive (some of the highest rates I have heard of in this area).

Viktoria has relatively good prices and excellent housing options. The building and the surrounding area put your right into the heart of Seattle, and lets you experience as much as you desire!

We have lived here over six years and dont move because we love it here. The units are sound proof, the water views are amazing, the team takes good care of us and you really cant beat the location for the price.

Viktoria apartments is a nice place to live. Not only the location of the building is very convenient but also the staff is very professional and attentive.

I scheduled an apartment tour and double-checked with the leasing office with the exact date and time in advance. Made phone call one hour earlier before the time and waited at the entrance dialing the call box after arrival, but no one answered - we even didn't have the chance to enter the building! When scheduling the tour, they replied my emails in a timely manner. While after they missed my appointment, no one replied my emails and there's no apology. NEVER CONSIDER LIVING THERE! The leasing office don't respect your time - do you know how hard it is to find a parking spot in Seattle downtown at the weekends? This is the worst apartment tour I have ever had!

The Viktoria is THE place to live if you're looking for an apartment in downtown Seattle. The building itself is extremely sturdy and helps to drown out the sounds of neighbors and general neighborhood activity outside. The entire community is always on top of cleanliness and the staff is always friendly and engaging. The Viktoria is the perfect place to enjoy views of downtown or the waterfront. I cannot imagine living anywhere else in Seattle.

Ive really enjoyed my stay here at Viktoria the past year and Im looking forward to many more. You cant beat the friendly staff and the convenience of being near many transportation options as well as some of the best restaurants in downtown.

I love the views from our rooftop - probably the best you will find in Downtown Seattle.

Been living in Viktoria for almost 3 years now and so far, I still do enjoy and love living here. Everything is easily accessible (throw stone away to Pike Place Market, walking distance to the bars, restaurants, malls, waterfront, museum, parks etc). The rooftop facilities are top notch. I love the rooftop launge with the bottomless coffee/hot cocolate machine). In addition to that, the stunning views of the space needle, olympics cascades and Mount Rainier are breathtaking.

The location, staff and property are awesome. I recommend you join us at Viktoria and live better. :)

Viktoria is a top-notch building and a great place to live in Seattle. I have lived here for 4 years and have always felt well cared for by the staff. The building is of excellent quality, very well maintained, communication to residents is proactive and clear, amenities are great (although necessarily restricted by COVID now), and it's in a great location. It still feels like a new building, you NEVER hear your neighbors, in summary, I love it here. Great value for money.

Viktoria is a lovely community, with great support from the staff and lots of fun things to do throughout the year.

My husband and I recently moved here from Florida. We were visiting Seattle back in May and stopped by Viktoria so we could get an idea of the apartments in the area. This place definitely left a positive impression on us and we could truly see ourselves living here. About five months after visiting, my husband and I accepted jobs here in Seattle and Viktoria made our top three list of places to live. We looked online and found an available apartment that we fell in love with. From there, the leasing department has been beyond helpful. They definitely went out of there way a number of times to help answer our questions. It was a stressful move, moving across the country but it was such a relief not having to worry about the apartment because everyone was so responsive. And now, since moving, I would also like to add that the concierge staff is phenomenal. They are so kind and genuinely helpful even when Ive asked some embarrassingly dumb questions. Very thankful for everyones patience and kindness here!

Staying in on those rainy Seattle days has never been more enjoyable. Viktoria offers panoramic views of Elliot Bay, Puget Sound, the downtown skyline, Space Needle, Queen Anne, Lake Union, and Capital Hill all from the spacious and well kept sky lounge and deck.
