My wife and I moved to View Pointe in 2021 and have lived here for two years now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Easily the best apartment I have lived in. From management to maintenance to the cleanliness to the quietness of the area - everything has been wonderful. We came from Downtown Minneapolis looking for a quieter place to live with a lot of green grass, trees, and parks nearby. View Pointe is quite literally near all of those things + within walking distance of the outlet malls. It's just been an absolute joy living here and the only reason we are leaving is because we need more space for our 11-month old. If you are moving from the cities & looking for a quieter place to live, I promise you that you can't go wrong with View Pointe. I was a tenant at 3957 S Valley View Dr Eagan MN for over 15 years. Although the management was changed a couple times but they always had good people around you. Every maintenance requested was resolved nearly immediately. Certainly, some crazy tenants were non-sense or aggressive. However, it didn't change the fact that View Pointe was a good place to live. 1 - good Management 2 - good Maintenance Team 3 - safe environment 4 - good neighbors I moved out because I bought a house. Anyway, I still live around because the area is good.
My husband and I moved to Viewpointe after we got married and have loved calling this place home! Unfortunately we have to move due to job relocation but I would definitely recommend looking into this place! The price is great, location is awesome- super close to shopping and restaurants. They don't have a gym/fitness area or pool but if you're looking for a cheaper option for rent this place is great!!
I recently transferred apartments within the View Pointe Property. Moved from a one bedroom over to a two bedroom unit. I wanted to stay here because I love the location of the property, the people here are friendly (including the office team), the buildings are quiet and we got an updated unit. Couldn't be happier with the community here!
I moved in back in June of 2016 and haven't been happier, the apartment was fully remodeled before I moved in. It has new appliances, remodeled bathroom, and new countertops and cabinets. My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier!
First time moving to Eagan, and I'm glad I picked this place. My apartment is very spacious and clean! Thanks to the friendly office staff for making my move easy and smooth!
I just recently moved in and do not have a single regret! The move was very easy, the community is great, and the surroundings are endless. Not even a block away from the Twin Cities Outlets! The staff here offer great customer service contact and always willing to help. Not to mention, very affordable place to live. Thank you View Pointe!
Spacious one bedroom apartment with lots of living room space. Maintenance staff was fast and efficient. Outside parking can get crowded at night making it difficult to find parking near your building.
I just moved back into this complex, but lived here previously... Clearly loved it b/c I'm back! Very clean, quiet, well maintained/updated, and reasonably priced considering the amazing location (Eagan); right off several major highways/freeways and great access to parks and shopping/retail. The staff is super friendly and very helpful throughout the process and as a renter. When I moved in there was even a little "welcome" bag with toilet paper, paper towel, small size laundry detergent, dish soap, etc -- not expecting that, very nice! I've recommended View Pointe to a few people, and will continue to do so.
Living here is nice and quiet. The residents are nice and the staff works hard to keep the community in good shape.
My 2 bedroom unit is very large and has tons of closet space! The ceiling fan in the eating area is great for air flow! The building are very quiet and my neighbors are friendly.
The location is awesome. Close to outlet mall and Lake Nokomis. Apartments are clean and updated, and there is minimal noise.
I just moved in here a couple weeks ago, and I have to say, this is the best apartment that I could ever find at a reasonable price! The staff here is just perfect. They are here to help you with anything that you have a question with! Love the smoke- free community! I am so happy that they are cat friendly as well!
My friend and I just moved here this past weekend, and its been wonderful so far! Everyone is helpful, and the staff is just awesome. Everyone in the office that I've talked to so far has been great. They seem to be willing to help with whatever they can as well, which is great. And the area is peaceful and quiet, which is very nice. I hope to be here for a while.
I was very hesitant to move into this complex at first because of all the negative reviews. It's also my first time living outside of my parents home. I'm very glad I decided to give this place a chance because it's been 3 years since I signed my lease & I have had no issues or complaints whatsoever! The staff is friendly and my complex in particular (3921) is very quiet. The halls are always clean too! My apartment is nothing fancy its modern enough! And a great price for how much sq ft and area I live in!! Some feedback id suggest would be office hours on weekends and adding on a community pool/gym would make this place even better!!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. But you don't live with them. The building itself is fairly old. Appliances definitely aren't from this decade. And my apartment at least is on the small side. We have a two bedroom. The bathroom is laughably small. But it's definitely livable. There's a laundry facility in every building so you don't have to go far to wash clothes and the machines don't require quarters. So overall, it's not the worst place in this price point, but it's definitely not the nicest nor has the best amenities.
I have been living at this apartment for six months now. So far I'm pretty satisfied. Noise level is low but steps from upstairs is what you would expect. Room space and closet space is more then enough. Maintenance is on top of everything! Responds to requests within the day or next. Office staff is very friendly. My only complaints - I wish it was a keyless entry and the prices for laundry are high. Not only that but the machines time and time again are built with mold in the lining and stink. Management just says they run their cleaner through. No they need to be scrubbed down! With how much I have to spend on using them I would expect more.
hi we haven't lived at view point very long but when we moved in everything that needed to get repairs got done I really liked that
We have a great staff relationship, the maintenance staff have always been on top of it and very friendly. Some of the neighbors are a little loud once in a blue moon, but not too extensive, all in all a good experience.
