Property Ratings at Vesada
The maintenance uses duct tape to fix appliances. The tenants leave trash all over the place. The tenants rarely pick up after their animals. Tenants like to stand and mess with other tenants cars, but since there are no cameras on the property you'll never get answers. The management's behavior is inappropriate and very concerning. Save yourself the headache.

The photos on the website are not representative of what most of the apartments look like (be warned). The apts are not bad, but they just don't look like the pictures. Also, they include in the lease a long list of damages you will have to pay that any normal person would constitute as normal wear and tear. For example, they charge you up to $400 to paint the apt between residents even if you never touched the walls in the year you lived there. They also charge $175 to clean/replace the carpet between each tenant, and again, you are on the hook for that. When I argued that this was all normal wear and tear and my apt actually looked better than the day I moved in (they never cleaned it between the last tenant and me), they said "well, it's in the lease you signed, so we can legally charge you." So much of what they do is sketchy - especially in the billing of water/trash/sewer. They also charge you $100 if you want another key made. Becuase in a 1-bedroom apartment, even though 2 people can live there, they only give you 1 key. Overall - I would avoid it unless you just have cash to burn.

This place is spacious, quite and family oriented. Parking could be better that's only if you don't have a connected garage. Although compared to other apartments this place is amazing , and a good price for what you get.

Very nice and quiet place to live only issue is with parking it sucks having to drive around or wait hours until someone leaves sometimes we have to park outside the gate on the street.
Apartments are clean and well kept. Onsite management is friendly. Building is located near 60 Freeway, yet still quiet inside building. LOVE THIS PLACE! Parking is a bit of a pain, but they are currently in the process of fixing this.

The apartment is nice and the grounds are kept clean, but in the year I have been here I have been hit with rent increases twice, almost $200 total. Moving out, I can't argue over rent increases every time they feel like they aren't getting enough.
