I think Vert is a wonderful place to live. It is in a generally safe area with many places to shop and eat nearby. My husband and I love how clean it is and the efforts made by the Vert team to keep the apartment maintained as well as smelling good! The modern aesthetic is also a plus and we look forward to leasing with them again!

The building management and maintenance is excellent. The carpets are continuously dirty, and the residents of the building leave trash on the floors of the trash room. I moved into this building when it was brand new and spotless. If I was looking today to move into this building, i would not walk out, but run!

Me and my family been living at Vert for a year now and we been enjoying it so far. Management is really nice and they try their best for you to have a good experience living at Vert. The building common areas are always so clean, the cleaning team works pretty much all week so it’s always so clean everywhere you go.

Vehicle stolen from secured garage. No forced entry. I've been a tenant for only two months. Little to no communication from the Grey Star team about this incident. A lack of empathy, no security solutions provided, amenities seem to be the priority not safety. Don't be fooled by garage door openers and key fob electronics they DO NOT represent safety. Trash pickup is located in front of the building. Mattresses and couches are in high traffic areas/ blocking entry to alley. I'd recommend seeking other options.

I started to live here one of the first when it was under old management. The place was great. Once it was sold to a new management Greysrar everything went down the hill. The most unprofessional, unhelpful, lost management. We are moving out soon and I’m happy. My advise for you think twice before moving into Vert!!!!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars.. This place used to be AMAZING. However, since changing hands to GREYSTAR, it's become an absolute nightmare. We used to have these amazing & unique resident events run by such an awesome couple! We had poker night, salsa night, brunch to your doorstep, dance classes, food trucks, & more! It was a huge reason I moved here! Right when new management took over, they were let go & had to move out. We were informed that GREYSTAR completely cut our budget for events. Classic of a big company not to care about their residents. As the weeks went by, we were never introduced to the new management so we had no idea who was down there. We had to physically go to meet them. No email blast sent out to introduce themselves, nothing. Although my events were taken away & I heard horrible things about GREYSTAR, I still went down to express concerns about things that I needed to be fixed that weren't from last management. (I needed an EV space, noise control, etc- little things.) The new team seemed like they were on it & excited to be here, so I decided to give them a chance. It's been a month, nothing has changed, except for the fact that now I sleep with a tazer & my chair pressed up against my door & bells on the handle to alert me if anyone "breaks in." We even had to buy a ring doorbell. None of which I had to do when old management was here. You know why? They lost one of the universal key fobs & we had a robbery last week! SQUATTERS robbed an apartment next to them. They were staying in a vacant apartment & their neighbor was away for the holiday!! Not only does GREYSTAR management deny that the key fob was stolen, but didn't even tell the community what's going on. As a management company, it is THEIR duty to alert the community if there is unsafe activity so we can stay vigilant & take precautions to protect ourselves . Moreover, homeless people are using our amenities, sleeping in the common bathrooms overnight, sleeping in stairwells overnight, squatting in vacant apartments by slipping paper between doors to keep them unlocked (I saw it myself), homeless people have destroyed common areas, homeless people attacked our garage gate so they have a way in (which has been broken for a month now) and gang signs are being graffitied on our common areas . Last night some of the community members decided to do a walk around & we found SO MANY entrances unlocked & or broken!!! This is how they are getting in!!! & if management s

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback regarding the management transition at Vert. As we discussed during the townhall meeting last week, we switched patrol service companies and increased service to 3 guards 24-hours a day based on the increased activity at the community. Of course, there are limitations to all guard services, but since the recent switch has been made, we are seeing positive results in our community. In addition to guard services, we are also in the process of increasing security measures at Vert including installing additional security cameras and increasing FOB access which will require digital authentication for elevator and amenity use. In addition to these added security measures, we will continue to partner with residents on feedback and adjust our approach as needed. Again, we value your residency and welcome the feedback. Lacking of proper security management. High burglary level. Lacking of security cameras in the hallways and common areas. When burglary / car break in happened, current CCTVs don’t really help.

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback regarding the management transition at Vert. Because of the recent uptick in transient activity at the community that you mentioned, we switched patrol service companies and increased service to 3 guards 24-hours a day. Of course, there are limitations to all guard services, but since the recent switch has been made, we are seeing positive results in our community. In addition to guard services, we are also in the process of increasing security measures at Vert including installing additional security cameras and increasing FOB access which will require digital authentication for elevator and amenity use. In addition to these added security measures, we will continue to partner with residents on feedback and adjust our approach as needed. Again, we value your residency and welcome the feedback.
