Property Ratings at Verandas
The apartment management is greedy. They never attend heating and cooling maintenance calls promptly. Inefficient HVACs. Will charge you inappropriately excess money. They will find new and innovative means to charge you even after you leave. Don’t go here.
This place is very clean and well run. I feel safe here! :) The pool is the best!
It’s a great community and an affordable place to live! I’ve enjoyed the amenities and the surrounding neighborhood.
This is a great location. Staff is always friendly. Great access to all the things to do in Springfield and surrounding area. Pet friendly.
The apartments are modern with unique layouts that standout from the from the rest. Great amenities! The management goes above and beyond to make this place a home. They answer your questions or any needs promptly. I enjoy the larger sized balcony too! 100% would recommend making this your new home.
