Venue on 16th

Overall great move in, and front office experience. Location is the best part and apartment has a lot of nice finishes. Views are awesome.

Management is great and has been very attentive to my questions. I love my apartment. It has ample storage and really high ceilings. My one complaint is that several of the residents don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s become a health hazard if I don’t clean it up, which is really gross. I wish the complex had it in the budget to find a way to fix this issue.

It is often difficult to move but Venue on 16th made it as easy as possible. Reserved the elevator so I could get everything moved in within 2 hours, The staff is welcoming and the tenants have thus far been friendly and helpful.

The only community that’s made me want to stay another year.

Not only is this building aesthetically pleasing, but it's meticulously maintained to the highest standard. A pristine environment, both inside and out, reflects the dedication and professionalism of the staff. Speaking of the staff, they have consistently demonstrated not only professionalism but also genuine concern for the well-being and comfort of the residents. Their prompt and efficient responses to any queries or issues have made my experience living here remarkably stress-free. The location is, without a doubt, unbeatable. Being at the Venue On 16th places you conveniently within walking distance from restaurant, Sprouts Market and the City Park Farmers' Market, as well as the edgy bars and music venues on Colfax, while the Park also grants tranquility and peace after a long day. The building is super dog-friendly, and is a sort of canine utopia. Inside my apartment, the space is both functional and elegant, clearly designed with an eye for detail. New, state-of-the-art appliances ensure that my day-to-day life is convenient and efficient, leaving me more time to enjoy the comforts of my home. Living at Venue On 16th has been nothing short of a delight. The harmonious blend of excellent location, modern amenities, and an outstanding team makes this place stand out in a league of its own. I wholeheartedly recommend Venue On 16th to anyone searching for an elevated living experience.

The leasing team at Venue on 16th were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were always willing to answer our questions. The amenities are amazing and the overall community is well maintained.

The location and amenities are hard to beat, it’s great being so close to local restaurants, shops and city park. The office and maintenance staff here are impeccable. Everyday I feel attended to. The building is clean and well kept. I’m happy to call this my new home.

My wife and I recently visited Denver to look for apartments and unfortunately our move is being put off till later this year. However; we still toured Venue and was blown away by how friendly and professional Amber and Lindsey were. They seemed excited for me to walk in the door and cared about what we were looking for. Lindsey toured us through two great options for floor plans and showed us the amenities. The apartments are a great size and the location was fabulous. When we end up making the move from California, my wife and I hope to make Venue our future home!

I love living at the Venue on 16th. I'm 75, and this is my first apartment experience since college in the 60's. Staff is helpful and considerate, and tenants are friendly as well. The social events are great and building amenities such as the pool, gym, and community rooms well maintained. I've lived here since May and have enjoyed being part of the community.

The team at Venue on 16th ensures that our community living is an amazing experience. They are responsive to questions and issues and ensure that there are ways for residents to connect.

I so appreciate be a part of the Venue community where the staff is helpful and available. I find the tenants to be considerate and friendly, as well as polite and thoughtful. It's a great place for a 75 year old retired teacher to enjoy life.

The apartment building is in a great location and has awesome amenities. Staff could be more responsive but overall the experience is good.

This is a place I'm delighted to call home. At 74 and after nearly 40 years in a single family home where I raised children and was happy, I am glad to have found the Venue on 16th at this stage of my life. Residents are friendly and courteous as well as helpful. I believe you'll like it here. My dog loves it too.

We love living at the Venue on 16th. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive to our concern. The community events, community spaces, and amenities make this place feel like more than just a home, it is a community!

Myself, my roommate, and many other residents in my building have had their cars broken into and vandalized. Residents here have incurred thousands of dollars in damages to their vehicles because the garage gate is always broken and does not prevent vandals from entering. This is an ongoing issue that has yet to be solved. The amenities are nice and maintenance is quick, but the parking garage situation has ruined my time here.

Beautiful area. Extremely local to anything you need. Underground parking is a HUGE perk. Staff and residents are extremely nice and welcoming. So happy we chose Venue on 16th over other apartments in the area

Although this community is newer in construction and design, constant maintenance and security issues with the parking garages plague it, leaving residents dissatisfied with the efforts of management to keep their parking areas safe and secure. Vagrants/homeless people frequent the stairwells for living space, and help themselves to valuables in residents' vehicles and poorly secured storage units in the garage. Recently, the dynamic parking garage experience has been upstaged by new and decorative graffiti on the walls.

The staff at the Venue are extremely helpful and courteous. The location of the apartments is amazing for any park lover.

Good location. Feels secure. Like the secure and covered parking. We loved Jake. Hopefully the news person will fill his shoes.

Beautiful apartments and amenities with great staff. The pools, gyms, and dog park are almost worth the rent on their own.

Nice place. Clean, modern and nice open floor plan. Great gathering spaces (pool, club room and roof top) and really nice property managers.

Platform is a great community with a convenient location and plenty of amenities. This is my second year at the property and the current staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Please add dog park hours dogs are always barking in the morning around 630 7am.

From the moment we met our leasing agent Jake for a tour of Venue on 16th, we felt at home in this living community. The apartments and amenities are awesome and are well maintained! We are very happy about our decision to rent at Venue at 16th.

Friendly and approachable staff. Great location near a major thoroughfare. Lots of things within walking distance.

The property management lies to you! Construction that started in September is still not done even though it’s now January. They said it would be done in 30 days! The construction is so loud people can’t sleep at of course property management doesn’t give a flip! Additionally on top of that most of our amenities are not available as well as the fact we can’t even receive mail or packages. Don’t move into the venue they Flippin suck!

the staff here are impeccable. no issues with transition of staff on any of the days of the week. everyday i feel attended to and the building is clean. even while construction is going on in and around the building the impact felt is as minimal as possible. its quite extraordinary. i love it here.

Beautiful building but waaaaaaay to many issues for a brand new unit at a luxury price point. The leasing staff is very nice though :)

I am happy to be calling I am happy to be calling Platform Apartments home for a second year. With 2020 being a challenging year, they found a way for our amenities to re-open in a safe manner for residents to use. The location is convenient to the CapMetro Rail allowing minutes to downtown.

We weren't originally looking to move into another apartment complex, but happened to look at Venue on 16th for an out of state friend and knew I needed to live there too! All of the staff is amazing and everything is so clean. The apartments are functional and beautiful and we quickly felt like it was home!

Platform II is a beautiful addition to the Platform community...making it even better than it already was! If youre looking for a new place to call home...you just found it.

Platform is great. The amenities are awesome and the apartments are so modern and nice. Truly is a great apartment in a great location for a great price.

Platform is such a great apartment complex for someone who doesnt know ATX! Super helpful, a beautiful complex, and a great team willing to help you out with everything.

Comfortable...

Consider residing elsewhere if safety & security are a priority to you. The finishes are great, but the conditions at the community in common areas are horrible (carpets havent been cleaned in over 18 months) & the exterior landscaping is nonexistent.

Venue on 16th is a great place to live and I recommend coming by to see everything it has to offer! :)

Don't live here. There are other options in the same area.

Whenever I've had an issue the front office has been very quick to help get the problem rectified by way of thorough communication. Grant inside the maintenance department has been exceptional! Thank You kindly for quickly resolving the problem.
