Located just a mile east of downtown Denver, the City Park neighborhood provides a unique blend of both nature and city life. Management is great and has been very attentive to my questions. I love my apartment. It has ample storage and really high ceilings. My one complaint is that several of the residents don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s become a health hazard if I don’t clean it up, which is really gross. I wish the complex had it in the budget to find a way to fix this issue.

It is often difficult to move but Venue on 16th made it as easy as possible. Reserved the elevator so I could get everything moved in within 2 hours, The staff is welcoming and the tenants have thus far been friendly and helpful.

Being at the Venue On 16th places you conveniently within walking distance from restaurant, Sprouts Market and the City Park Farmers' Market, as well as the edgy bars and music venues on Colfax, while the Park also grants tranquility and peace after a long day. The location and amenities are hard to beat, it’s great being so close to local restaurants, shops and city park. The office and maintenance staff here are impeccable. Everyday I feel attended to. The building is clean and well kept. I’m happy to call this my new home.

My wife and I recently visited Denver to look for apartments and unfortunately our move is being put off till later this year. However; we still toured Venue and was blown away by how friendly and professional Amber and Lindsey were. They seemed excited for me to walk in the door and cared about what we were looking for. Lindsey toured us through two great options for floor plans and showed us the amenities. The apartments are a great size and the location was fabulous. When we end up making the move from California, my wife and I hope to make Venue our future home!

I love living at the Venue on 16th. I'm 75, and this is my first apartment experience since college in the 60's. Staff is helpful and considerate, and tenants are friendly as well. The social events are great and building amenities such as the pool, gym, and community rooms well maintained. I've lived here since May and have enjoyed being part of the community.

This is a place I'm delighted to call home. At 74 and after nearly 40 years in a single family home where I raised children and was happy, I am glad to have found the Venue on 16th at this stage of my life. Myself, my roommate, and many other residents in my building have had their cars broken into and vandalized. Residents here have incurred thousands of dollars in damages to their vehicles because the garage gate is always broken and does not prevent vandals from entering. This is an ongoing issue that has yet to be solved. The amenities are nice and maintenance is quick, but the parking garage situation has ruined my time here.

Beautiful area. Extremely local to anything you need. Underground parking is a HUGE perk. Staff and residents are extremely nice and welcoming. So happy we chose Venue on 16th over other apartments in the area

Although this community is newer in construction and design, constant maintenance and security issues with the parking garages plague it, leaving residents dissatisfied with the efforts of management to keep their parking areas safe and secure. Vagrants/homeless people frequent the stairwells for living space, and help themselves to valuables in residents' vehicles and poorly secured storage units in the garage. Recently, the dynamic parking garage experience has been upstaged by new and decorative graffiti on the walls.

The property management lies to you! Construction that started in September is still not done even though it’s now January. They said it would be done in 30 days! The construction is so loud people can’t sleep at of course property management doesn’t give a flip! Additionally on top of that most of our amenities are not available as well as the fact we can’t even receive mail or packages. Don’t move into the venue they Flippin suck!

the staff here are impeccable. no issues with transition of staff on any of the days of the week. everyday i feel attended to and the building is clean. even while construction is going on in and around the building the impact felt is as minimal as possible. its quite extraordinary. i love it here.

I am happy to be calling I am happy to be calling Platform Apartments home for a second year. With 2020 being a challenging year, they found a way for our amenities to re-open in a safe manner for residents to use. The location is convenient to the CapMetro Rail allowing minutes to downtown.

We weren't originally looking to move into another apartment complex, but happened to look at Venue on 16th for an out of state friend and knew I needed to live there too! All of the staff is amazing and everything is so clean. The apartments are functional and beautiful and we quickly felt like it was home!

Consider residing elsewhere if safety & security are a priority to you. The finishes are great, but the conditions at the community in common areas are horrible (carpets havent been cleaned in over 18 months) & the exterior landscaping is nonexistent.

Venue on 16th is a great place to live and I recommend coming by to see everything it has to offer! :)
Don't live here. There are other options in the same area.
Love the location, the proximity to City Park and downtown, as well as the quality of finishes!
I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at Venue on 16th! They are always so eager to help and genuinely seem like they enjoy their jobs.
Venue is an awesome, dog-friendly building.
The Venue on 16th Staff makes this place stand out amongst a crowded market of high prices and nice amenities.
Whenever I've had an issue the front office has been very quick to help get the problem rectified by way of thorough communication. Grant inside the maintenance department has been exceptional! Thank You kindly for quickly resolving the problem.
