The rental market remains stable, with one-bedroom apartments averaging $2,079 per month, while two-bedroom units typically rent for $2,491. Notable neighborhoods include Chapel Trail and Silver Lakes, both developed areas that have grown significantly since the early 1990s.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Ventura Pointe, Responded To This Review
Hi - I'm so sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations (or our standards), and I'd like to understand it better. Please get in touch at venturapointemgr@greystar.com at your earliest convenience, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue with you.
I wish that I could give a -8 stars.Where do I start. The service is horrible, when you tell them about an issue it never gets solved. I’ve put in a maintenance request to fix my bedroom door they came and the door ended up in worse condition than it started it. They were supposed to replace my stove when I first moved in here in June 2020 we are now in July 2021. Whenever you call the office phone you barely get an answer from them no matter what time during business hours you call. The walls are extra thin I can hear my neighbors snoring and whenever they’re on the phone, I can hear the conversation Word for Word. They lied about soundproofing floors that does not exist anywhere in here and then lie about fixing it. Overall, take your money elsewhere that deserves it ,this place is good for looks and amenities but that’s it!!Also, the grounds are not well kept at all for the amount of money that you were spending
Do not move here or you will regret. This apartment management are getting worse. Slow service request response. Mail box area are dirty. It is never cleaned. Amazon deliver left a lof of boxes blocking the side walk in mail box area. So messy. Residents left the trash outside too early, not on scheduled time, even on non-picked up day that make the hall smells so badly and attracted many bugs and mosquitoes. Leasing office ignored everything. Especially, All buildings are surrounded with metal security doors that are closed by itself cause “a big bang noise” every single time someone try to get in and out their apartment. You can hear these noise from any apartments in any buildings at any levels, even with your apartment’s windows and doors are closed., It sounds like a “Gun shot”. Can you still sleep when you hear a “Gun shot” sound? All my families could not sleep well almost a year with these noise, my daughter wake up and crying during night every time someone go back home late after party around 12am or go to work early morning around 4-5am. My neighbors have the same issue too. Their building contractor should remove those doors for all buildings, so people can live there with their normal peaceful life. There are few Police officers around that area, so we don’t need those ridiculous doors any way, or they will loose more and more Tenants because nobody want to move in in the future. We are very happy that our lease is almost ended , and we can not wait to move out, we will never come back here again. If you don’t want to waste your money, you have to check those doors’ problem by yourself before signing your lease or you will very disappointed because you and your family could not sleep well at night because of “big bang noise”. if you don’t sleep well, you can not go to work tomorrow. It is not worthy to pay an expensive rent to have a sleeping problem, right? Think about it
I thought Erin and Bashara were were very accommodating as a walk in. I gave Erin a list of what I would like and she delivered!
Wilbur is absolutely the main reason I moved here. He is not only extremely professional but very courteous and understanding. He always fixes everything just as they were new.
I've already recommended it to several people... two of whom have moved in! We love it here.
