The BEST place to live

If you're looking for your next place to call home, you've found it. Vela Meridian is a gorgeous, safe, and exceptionally run property. I've lived here for three years, and I've never seen so much as a scrap of trash on-site or a blade of grass out of place. The units and landscaping are constantly being cared for and maintained. Anne and Carolyn on the management staff genuinely care about each and every tenant. They are very approachable and always on their A-game. Additionally, Joe and Jesse on the maintenance team are super friendly and quick to respond to upkeep requests. The staff is consistently fostering community, hosting game nights and keeping everyone up to date on relevant info via email. The apartment location is very safe and has a suburban vibe while being within commutable distance to downtown Denver. Overall, I can't emphasize it enough - live at Vela Meridian! You won't regret it.

Wonderful Place to call home

Vela is a fantastic place to call home. I was fortunate enough to live there for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Very clean, friendly, and professional. The staff is outstanding and I highly recommend this place to anybody looking. You will not regret living here.

Vela made my living satisfying

Vela Meridian is one of that apartment that can't leave without gratifying you and your living needs. Staffs are absolutely amazing. The apartment is always clean, and the cleaning team is always active. Even on snow days, Vela is all ready to take the responsibility of the snow cleaning act seriously just for the resident comfort walking. Summer is gorgeous in Vela. If anything wrong with your thing in the apartment like fixing, vela got you in no time. They are super responsible and fast and humble on top of it. Spacious parking, spacious stairs, moving is not a problem. Wish I could live there long but I had to move out. Thank you heartily, Vela. Keep it up.

A great place to live

We lived at Vela since 2018 and its been really great. We only left due to unforeseen life changes. The office staff has changed a few times in our stay but the current staff been has there for a while and is wonderful and attentive. We have had essentially no issues. The units are pretty nice and all of the appliances work well and are stainless steel. The community is almost always quiet and its always easy to find parking. There are a ton of cute dogs but we haven't had issues with barking or waste. We have lived in 2 different units here, both upstairs so we can’t speak to neighbor noise (though we never received noise complaints as the upstairs neighbor so that’s a good sign). We have had virtually no maintenance issues but the maintenance team does routine seasonal checks and they are friendly and quick during those. The planes going into the airport are not a nuisance, which I assumed they would be when we moved in, you really only notice it when it’s the military jets going by, otherwise it’s not disruptive at all. The location is convenient to get to 25/470 or out to Parker quickly, and it is generally very quiet and safe. All in all we loved our time here at Vela and are sad to go. We definitely recommend it if you are considering it as a choice.
