The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Do Not Move Here. My daughter and I just moved here for two months and the management isn't helping. We have three break in since we moved in. My 25 year old daughter's apartment KEYS just got stolen. We are regretting this decision.

I was going to live here but decided against it last minute thankfully. I have been waiting to get my deposit back from these people since August 2023, they somehow cannot figure out how to mail a check to my current address. Do not move here if this is the kind of thing you want to avoid.

We're very sorry you feel that way. Please consider contacting our leasing office so we can better resolve this misunderstanding. Thank you — the team at Vega, (833) 284-8579.
I've been living here for over a year now, and they've always had issues. But this, to me tops them all. I've been telling this new management for a month's now that the mailboxes in my building are terrible. They're easy to open and anyone can get in them. Two weeks ago, I had a package stolen from my "locked" mailbox. And today, I was told by USPS that I had a package delivered to by mailbox. When I went to check, not only was my package not in there, but the entire lock had been broken off. As far as I'm concerned, they should cover me and anyone else who lost mail because of this. They simply don't care.

I moved in for the free month promo. 1) move in: apartment in poor shape. Wall damage/smell/unfinished painting. Dirty floor/walls/kitchen. I delayed moving while they hired a cleaner. The cleaner did not fix everything, but I couldn't delay any longer. 2) Original toilet was stained. I complained; they replaced it. That's fine, except they didn't finish the installation (tippy) until after I complained repeatedly (4+ weeks). 4) I got bitten and found bed bugs. I notified the Vega on a Friday night, and they refused to take action until the next Friday (no apointment time "Just be ready between 10am and 6pm"). They have a guy that comes on Fridays; they deal with this a lot. For a followup treatment, the office twice said they scheduled it. After waiting all day, I finally found the pest control guy and he said the office didn't notify him. Vega does not deal with habitability issues promptly. 5) My AC is basically non-functional. I started complaining in late August/early September, and a maintenance worker confirmed in person that it needs service because it blows warm air. It is now Dec 1st, and I'm still waiting, despite making phone calls and visiting the office multiple times. Note: lots of days of hot days (80+, 90+) since the original work request, so they can't just say it doesn't matter because it is now winter. Vega does not deal with habitability issues promptly. 6) My heat never turned on. I reported this 12 days ago. They gave me a space heater. I started going to the office to complain. Tuesday: they said they texted the maintenance guy and that he was on his way (he didn't come). Wednesday: they said the guy just fixed it while I was out. However, they were either confused or lying. I called the emergency maintenance number a couple hours later (because the heat was NOT fixed), and the maintenance guy said he had no idea why the office would say he came and fixed it, because it's not true. I made an 11am appointment with him for Thursday, and it's now 12:30 and he's a no show. Vega does not deal with habitability issues promptly. 7) The onsite laundry is unusable because you can't reload your card; the machine was broken into and Vega won't fix it. Also, the washing machines would flood and made your clothes stink. 8) The externals of the property are poorly maintained. 9) homeless people in the complex/ shopping carts left around. 10) Vandalism: I saw a car covered in paint the same night I found my windshield broken.

These pictures are so made up. This place is infested with bedbugs. There’s a reason why people trash all there furniture before they leave. And sadly, not trashed in the trash bins, but all over the parking lot. PLEASE FO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUG, METH infested PLACE!!!

We cried every night. Our apartment was roach infested, we had to stop keeping food of any kind in the apartment. The building managers didn't do much we kept hearing " we are aware and working to correct the issue". Professionals would come to spray, nothing . All our neighbors on multiple floors also complained and they apartment eventually allowed some of them to move to different buildings. Someone would Pee by the elevator every morning, when we complained we were told someone would be by to clean it up and no one ever did. Cops there almost every night sirens and screaming. We had to threaten legal action to be let out of our lease.

I toured this complex when I was looking for places to move in, and the DEMO unit they showed me smelled like smoke and urine. I am usually really laid back when it comes to complaints, but it seems like all the negative reviews on this place are correct. I was there for less than 30 minutes, and I saw people asleep in front of tenant's doors, homeless people yelling at cops, and everything smelled like smoke and urine. I almost signed up for a lease too, put my payment in for a one bedroom apartment, and paid the "holding fee". Within an hour, a better living situation was presented to me in the area, so I asked if I could receive a refund because I had found a better place to live. They told me it would take 60 days to get refunded. And I had just processed the payment. I do not understand why it isn't just free for everyone to live here. Hey, the homeless people can do it, why not the tenants? I know it's cheap, but you're better off spending a little more somewhere else.
Moving into these apartments was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made! Upon your arrival, you will find an outdated prison like atmosphere where drug dealers and gang members often reside. People are loud all hours of the night, cops are always being called, kids scream and yell through the parking lots, people don't pick up after their pets, and elevators are constantly breaking down. When walking into your apartment you will find disgusting floors that haven't been cleaned before move in, an unknown substance splattered on the wall, and kitchen flooring from the 60s that is starting to peel up. After living in these apartments maybe two months, we had BED BUGS. Although our apartment was treated, the units around us refused treatment, so less than six months later, we got them again! This time, we were expected to wait almost a week for treatment, while living in an infested apartment. When addressing the issue with the assistant manager Alexa, she was very unprofessional, hostile, and exhibited terrible customer service. She offered no answers or solutions to our problem and had a terrible attitude the entire time. We have now found out that bed bugs are a very common problem here and people from multiple buildings complain about the bed bugs weekly. This complex literally has pest control come out WEEKLY for bed bugs, and the issue still isn't resolved. These apartments are dirty, contaminated buildings that need to be shut down. I would not recommend these to my worst enemy!! I am required to give them at least one star, but they honestly deserve zero!!
In this complex you will be met with professional, informed office personnel. Your application and lease agreement will be processed timely. Once in your apartment, you will find a not so great way of life here. Cops are often called. Gun shots, happen. Drug dealers live here. This is section 8 housing. Neighbors invite the homeless to stay with them. Many renters lay their laundry across the railing. Dogs bark often. Cars get broken into. Children play in the parking lot. Pot smoke lingers throughout the complex. Individuals smoke in the elevators. People scream profanities, slam doors at all hours of the night and maintenance workers start at 7am. Walls are thin and people are rude. Car alarms will go off for 10 mins before someone shuts it off. If you have problems broke in your apartment, you may or may not have it fixed before you leave. I'm still waiting for my windows to be fixed. They open but won't close so, I have to leave them closed. I've been here almost 2 years. Bugs are another issue. If you have bugs, there is an exterminator that comes every Friday. But bugs are a consistent and problematic issue regardless of what floor you are on. Although expensive, it is one of the cheaper places to live up North.

I was looking all over for a place to live that was in my price range and for location. Couldn't find anything. Going to all these high class apartment communities that was NOT only out of my price range, but the customer service was bad! I Came to Thistle Sage Apartments not only was I happy to see that the landscaping was beautiful and clean but the staff was GREAT! (REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE) and even the residents said Hi to me has we passed each other. It was in my price range and well the location was perfect! My search ended there. I found my new home!
Really help full thanks too !!! I wish they had mor places that take section 8 here in colorado too it's great too !!
Great friendly staff, however I've been in the office a few times and seen and heard how the staff gets treated. If you you are professional and kind they will do their best to help. Staff is always friendly and professional and willing to work with you , within there means. The entire staff @ Thistle-Sage is considered to me as my family for how they took care of me and any issues that may have risen in my residency of 2 years. Great location, blocks from I25 and shopping and post office are a stones throw away. Grounds are kept clean and security on site daily is a plus Thank you.
