Property Ratings at Vassar House

Poor cabinets, bathrooms,kitchen&Stove.
I have been requested to the manager to replace my carpet and blinds and the very poor sink bathroom&tubs, sink kitchen and cabinets of which been soak from water when the garbage disposal got broken. They fix the garbage disposal but never replace the cabinets. I also asked to replace the blinds and carpets since we live there from 2008 til present. Never been replace. Also a lot of cocroach from the 2nd floor who doing recycles. Manager should pay attention to all residents concerned and should answer every phone calls. Manager should try to met residents needs and to champion the quality of their apartment no matter how old it's been built but should renovated with good quality.
