Easy move-in, extremely friendly staff and very welcoming community! Signed a contract sight unseen, after comparing multiple locations in the area. Almost 2 months in and no regrets; love living here so far!

Vantage Mosaic is a great place to call home. It’s clean, quiet and spacious. Lots of amenities included. I’ve made so many new friends while living here, in part because of the fun social events.

I am very happy living at Vantage Mosaic, and and have renting here for over eight (8) years. The management and maintenance staff are quite responsive to any issues or needs that I may have, and the upkeep and improvement to common areas is impressive and excellent. I give Vantage Mosaic a solid ten star rating out of five stars!

We really enjoy living here. We have had a problem with neighboring tenants who are continual smokers causing the odors to spread to our apartment. The property manager has initiated action against the tenant and progress is being made. However, we have been disappointed that we have not been compensated for the lack of a clean air use of our apartment for three months.

Pedro did an excellent in addressing the smell and backup issues regarding my kitchen sink. He was very professional, efficient and knew exactly what to do without any hesitation. I highly recommend Vantage Mosaic as a wonderful place to live, where the management and maintenance staff are here to be of service to all the tenants.

Love this mosaic area ! Walking town for dinner ! Always things to do on the lawn : yoga , movies , water area ! Can’t hear anything from neighboring apartments

i'm having a very great time living here. It's relatively quiet, a great location, safe, clean, responsive staff and we get notified of any updates via email. The monthly calendar of events in the elevator are nice reminders to have as well.

Vantage Mosaic is a safe place to live. I’d been here for 5 years and my #1 concern living alone is safety. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

neighborhood is so nice and amenities are also good. very clean apartment. every weekend, you are having various cultural events such as farmers market, festival, and so on. I recommend here.

Staff and residents are all really nice and welcoming. The apartment is great so far. The noise is not so bad. And the best part of all is how secure it is. No one can come in without the key. I would never have moved here if it weren’t for that!

Vantage is obviously a nice place to live and we love our apartment. I'd like to shout out the cleaning crew who always does a great job. Having said that, living here definitely has its infuriating disappointments. The new desk staff have been mean and rude-- both in person and over email. It puts a damper on the experience and makes it feel unsafe to be on the first floor. It is also frustrating that Vantage is unwilling to take responsibility by hiring staff/security and instead makes amenities unavailable to residents. The bathrooms (only ones accessible from the gym!!!), The Nook, The Social, and even the outdoor pool-seating area should be available to residents in the early AM/after 9PM at their own risk. If security is an issue, that should be addressed separately by hiring security. It is unfair and contrary to original lease terms to limit these amenities for those who have been/seek to benefit from them. It is particularly egregious that gym-users can't use the bathroom!

Vantage Mosaic was my first apartment I moved to on my own after living with my parents for a few years and saving a lot after college. It has exactly what I was looking for that I missed from my university town. A great community, excellent location where I can walk around Mosaic for food and shopping, a movie theater, and a wonderful farmers market every Sunday. I also feel very safe here!! While I do need my car to get to work and move around the DMV, this apt gave me my dream location and luxury space to call home!

We are here for a short term rental while we undergo some major construction on our house down the street. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful along the way! The building is great, clean, and relatively quiet. It seems that many people in the building have lived here for a while, which makes you feel like you’ve found the pot of gold in Mosaic! I knocked off one star because of the lease signing process and the number of apps you have to download in order to get to the next step - maybe I’m just getting old… otherwise, very happy here.

I love my apartment! Great location and the grounds are very well maintained. The Courtyard is beautiful and functional for gatherings. My 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is spacious with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

You can’t beat the service and amenities here at vantage mosaic! The location and prices are fantastic and being so close to mosaic district is such a perk.

I felt at home as soon as i met the staff and especially when i moved in and began to enjoy the community and the amenities in the immediate area. Access to all including major transportation hubs…. Great spot and i highly recommend!

You cannot beat the location in the Mosaic District. It's also surprisingly quiet, even on weekends. Rent is comparable to most other places in NOVA.

The leasing staff has been so wonderful and same goes for the management team. It truly feels like home and while I did have to break my lease due to some personal circumstances, I’m blessed to call Vantage home for the time I have left. Love this building and the people in it. A wonderful place to call home.

We have lived here at vantage for 10 years. The apartment building is well maintained and the management respond to maintenance requests promptly except for the repair of the garage door that took them months to complete. Overall it’s a great experience living here.

So far so good, the move in experience was painless and easily accessible. The community are nice and kind. Living experience so far 5/5, I love my new home it’s nice and spacious and the free coffee is a plus.

Great amenities, and smooth move in. Staff was helpful in getting everything settled. Complex is close to many attractions and stores. Apartments are very clean.

The maintenance staff at Vantage Mosaic is first class. They respond very quickly to any service request or issue in my apartment, — and have done so consistently every time (and I have been living here now for over seven years). They are very professional, efficient, competent — and perform the work with their expertise and skill. I am very pleased and glad to be living at Vantage Mosaic.

The Rental Staff are all simply on point from Shane to Nicole to the managers and maintenance team! Caesar and his team are simply the best all around! Love the upgrades to the property - coffee and hot chocolate bar, the decor of rental office and community space near the pool...all wins! Love the Lux package system!

I love living at Vantage Mosaic apartment complex, and have been here now for over seven years. The management is excellent and operates in a very professional and efficient manner. The maintenance staff is superb, and respond very quickly to any issues that may arise. Their work is excellent and performed in a thorough and professional manner. I like the quietness in my apartment, since the walls are made of concrete, and not the usual sheetrock attached to the wall studs with nothing but air between the studs, allowing sound to travel easily between apartments. Lastly, I like the location, with so many excellent and diverse restaurants, and good quality retail stores right in the Mosaic area, all within easy walking distance.

Lovely! The staff are so pleasant. Great neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Mosaic District is a fun place to be. Pet friendly and lots of activities for kids to keep them occupied. If you're single, you will love the restaurants and bars. Friendly people!

My apartment is perfect for me and it overlooks a beautifully maintained courtyard. Maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and professionally and the concierge is pleasant and helpful.

Location, build quality, and value are all top notch. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that rent increases every year, the front desk staff are unfriendly after hours, and the mailroom is unusable right now.

I've just moved to the mosaic area! The area is fantastic; there is so much to do between restaurants, bars, and shopping. I'm excited to see what else this wonderful place has in store for me.

The area is a factor regarding so many conveniences and the walkable access to dining and shopping. Hospital, post office are just two of tge many convenience we experience.

By far, the best place in the Mosaic area. The apartments are very well-built since they had been condos at one time, the service from front desk to the maintenance personnel is outstanding!

Great location, weekly events in the community. Shopping is great here-restaurants, Mom’s Organics, nail spa, and boutiques. Leasing team is very helpful and professional.
