Lovely community! Staff are respectful and fast response from leasing team! Barely needed any maintenance but when needed usually only takes less than 24hrs! Package deliver from receptionist can be improved as she usually takes more than 5 mins when bell rings!

So far the service from leasing, concierge, and maintenance has been amazing. The unit itself has had a few quality issues. The broken washer unit was a bad first impression and the lack of a thermostat in a luxury apartment.

I just moved in last week but thus far I’ve experienced a friendly concierge staff and quick repairs. The apartment is spacious and has great views. Some of the finishes are cheaper materials, but that was expected in a rental building.

The staff is fantastic, especially the maintenance team who always arrives right on time. However, I'm disappointed by the increased parking fees and the new monthly charge for using the bike room, which used to be free.

The staff is very nice. The building and lobby is new and well taken care of. The lawn and pools are amazing and also mostly very clean. Sometimes the elevators take a long time and it takes too long to get to my floor or one is broken. I also don’t understand why the Amazon hub is outside. I also never got my windows cleaned.

Overall pretty happy. Some back and forth on the freight elevator booking and some things in the apartment that could have been better (dirty closets, stains on the floor, light of the fridge that doesn't work, dishwasher that didn't work).

Been here for one year. Only issue has been occasional long waits for elevators. Otherwise maintenance has been very prompt if needed and management has been great.

Staff has been good; responsive maintenance, plus security is increased at night. Location is great, amenities are very nice during the summer, and there are a ton of grills that I get a lot of use out of (although they’re all a bit broken).

I have lived in 1 park and now 33 park and my experience has been pleasant in both buildings. The staff is friendly and the maintenance is quick to service the apartment should issues arise. The amenities are great, however I would like to see improvements in the 33 park gym such as updated weights and a water dispenser.

The facility team is both industrial and professional. They typically finish my requests, such as fixing a broken kitchen sink or a broken sunscreen roll, perfectly on the same day. I am always satisfied with their work.

It is overall a beautiful building, super clean and modern appliances, and there are better views then we originally expected before we moved in

Maintenance is very responsive and the front desk is very helpful! Love the 6th floor amenities, including the pool! Good location to ferry also.

The amenities are really good. The pool was awesome this summer, but I hope they extended it for a week or two. The staff in the building are all great.

I am giving 2 stars because the elevator situation is a joke. Every week one or two elevators are down and you end up waiting 30mins to get to your apartment. Management is not doing anything about it all they say we are working on fixing it but this happens literally every week. 33 park view building.

We’ve had a great experience living at Vantage for the past 3 years. Some of the doormen are fantastic (shout out Marvin) and service is excellent.

Rooftop deck? Check. Fancy fitness center? Check. A pool that’ll make you the envy of every sweaty New Yorker? Double check. Plus, it’s in Liberty Harbor North, so you’re just a quick hop to Manhattan, but with way less chaos. And for the remote workers, the co-working spaces are so cool that you might actually enjoy your Zoom meetings (okay, maybe not). All in all, it’s a top-notch spot for anyone who wants to live in luxury, be close to the city, and still have space to swing a cat—if that’s your thing.

I lived at 1 Park for almost 3 years. The staff is super kind and diligent for any queries you may have. Very well maintained, ticketing and resolution is fast and very professional. I had 3 amazing years living there without an issue. Special mention to Anthony, Emily, Marcus, Joanie and all the staff at the reception, maintenance and leasing office. Everyone has been super nice always so it was a pleasure.

The building is clean and I haven’t had an issue with any amenities. The elevators can be slow at peak hours. Highly recommend Vantage. The gym is nice and the staff are amazing.

Love it here. Units are so nice and staff is responsive if there are issues (although we have barely had any). Amenity spaces are also well kept.
