3 years now ! Really happy and staff is always smiling and nice. Amenities always clean, just one thing the swimming pool close to earlier !
Just moved to the building a week ago and the negotiation and documentation provided by the leasing office team wasn’t very clear, and many time incorrect. I had to call them many times and they were not very helpful. The apartment is in very good condition, maintenance team has a fast response time. The amenities are great, just the dog run that needs more attention, it’s always very dirty and smelly.

Great experience overall! Everything was exactly as planned and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We could’ve used the elevator for an extra hour for the boxes we had but can’t complain otherwise!

Great leasing office experience overall! Dog park needed throughout clean, hopefully can be upgraded to newer ones if possible as this green grass place is pretty flat and dirty and resident definitely use it very often!

This is one of the best apartments I have leased between Brooklyn, DC and NJ. Between the amenities, accessibility to NY and restaurant offer around the area the life experience is great. Th building is quiet, but trash pick up times are crazy. Only 3 of the 4 elevators work at all times and the AC is an in-wall unit, which increases the electricity cost. No complains about anything else. Great leasing opportunity in general.

So far so good. Only complaints- lots of pets and one peed all over the elevator. No cell service in common areas. Maintenance is very prompt and front desk is inviting.

Lovely community! Staff are respectful and fast response from leasing team! Barely needed any maintenance but when needed usually only takes less than 24hrs! Package deliver from receptionist can be improved as she usually takes more than 5 mins when bell rings!

So far the service from leasing, concierge, and maintenance has been amazing. The unit itself has had a few quality issues. The broken washer unit was a bad first impression and the lack of a thermostat in a luxury apartment.

I just moved in last week but thus far I’ve experienced a friendly concierge staff and quick repairs. The apartment is spacious and has great views. Some of the finishes are cheaper materials, but that was expected in a rental building.

The staff is fantastic, especially the maintenance team who always arrives right on time. However, I'm disappointed by the increased parking fees and the new monthly charge for using the bike room, which used to be free.

The staff is very nice. The building and lobby is new and well taken care of. The lawn and pools are amazing and also mostly very clean. Sometimes the elevators take a long time and it takes too long to get to my floor or one is broken. I also don’t understand why the Amazon hub is outside. I also never got my windows cleaned.

Overall pretty happy. Some back and forth on the freight elevator booking and some things in the apartment that could have been better (dirty closets, stains on the floor, light of the fridge that doesn't work, dishwasher that didn't work).

Been here for one year. Only issue has been occasional long waits for elevators. Otherwise maintenance has been very prompt if needed and management has been great.

Overall it's a great place to live, especially for dog parents. One thing I hope they could improve is the elevators which get malfunctioned very often.

Staff has been good; responsive maintenance, plus security is increased at night. Location is great, amenities are very nice during the summer, and there are a ton of grills that I get a lot of use out of (although they’re all a bit broken).

I have lived in 1 park and now 33 park and my experience has been pleasant in both buildings. The staff is friendly and the maintenance is quick to service the apartment should issues arise. The amenities are great, however I would like to see improvements in the 33 park gym such as updated weights and a water dispenser.

Rents are too high with no negotiation. But building amenities and staff are great. Love the convenience to NY and other parts of jersey. Everything is walkable

The facility team is both industrial and professional. They typically finish my requests, such as fixing a broken kitchen sink or a broken sunscreen roll, perfectly on the same day. I am always satisfied with their work.

The amenities are really good. The pool was awesome this summer, but I hope they extended it for a week or two. The staff in the building are all great.

I am giving 2 stars because the elevator situation is a joke. Every week one or two elevators are down and you end up waiting 30mins to get to your apartment. Management is not doing anything about it all they say we are working on fixing it but this happens literally every week. 33 park view building.

We’ve had a great experience living at Vantage for the past 3 years. Some of the doormen are fantastic (shout out Marvin) and service is excellent.
