Vantage at SPRING CREEK Apartments is a lovely place. It’s in such a central and great spot especially for shopping, running errands, and taking dogs on walks. Even though it is right off the highway and has a lot just within walking distance, it is still somehow in a secluded spot. If you simply like the quiet and nature you would love this apartment complex!

I think it’s been great so far aside from parking challenges, but that’s nothing that the staff can really control— and It’ll be over in a few days! Any little issues have been addressed promptly and I appreciate that. It’s quiet and clean and just what we wanted. The agent we worked with was even making sure we were taken care of on her day off. They really go above and beyond here.

The only reason I remain in this apartment community is its location. Unfortunately, this community is too expensive for the level of upkeep provided. The pool was dirty all summer, with mold on the pool furniture and walls. The hallways often have unpleasant smells, and the elevators frequently malfunction. Additionally, the amenities are not well maintained. I stopped using the gym a while ago due to several pieces of equipment being non-operational. Currently, maintenance is taking place in the parking garage, and while I appreciate the safety measures being implemented for residents, the planning was poorly executed. There was little consideration for ensuring residents have adequate and safe parking, especially during the Thanksgiving holiday, which has been a great inconvenience. Despite this, we are still charged amenity fees while having to park in random locations, with the constant worry of being towed. The apartment "owners" barely deserve a 3 rating at this point.

We do maintenance the gym equipment when needing repairs and the ongoing garage maintenance have been frustrating. Please know that we are actively working to address these issues. The garage maintenance was a necessary project to ensure the safety and longevity of the structure, even though we understand it may have caused inconvenience. To help mitigate the impact of the garage closure, we designated alternative parking areas and provided shuttle services from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. We understand that these arrangements may not have aligned perfectly with everyone’s schedules, but they were put in place to accommodate as many residents as possible during this time. We genuinely appreciate your patience as we continue working on improvements throughout the community. If you have specific concerns that we can assist with directly, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we complete these important projects.
Lived here for 7 months and I love these apartments. The property is right by a trail so I love the convenience of being able to get exercise and go to the store with Whole Foods around the corner. Great location.

Everything is broken. Limited information about community events, ETAs on items that need fixing, gate broken for weeks on end. The general vibe is very unwelcoming nor matching the luxury apartment price we pay.

My actual apartment is nice, I like the layout of the unit and the location to the trails. Landscaping around the property is very poor and not maintained well. Doors and gates are always broken or propped open, making the buildings unsafe. Neighbors are loud and throw parties during quiet hours - when I emailed the office about it, I received no response back. They close maintenance requests in my portal without completing the work or communicating anything to me. The pool area needs a deep cleaning - seat cushions/chairs/etc are SO dirty, it made me not want to use the amenities I pay an arm and a leg for during the summer which was disappointing.

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I’ve lived here for 4 years and after Levi left management is so bad!! The girl in charge now is so rude and has an attitude 24/7. She extremely unhelpful. Also, this place has become so FILTHY. Nothing is kept up with. Doors are broken and have been for months. Gate in the garage is always broken. There’s trash and dirt everywhere. Any time I bring friends or family over they tell me how gross this property is. I can’t wait to leave when my lease is up.

Horribly maintained. Not secure. Gates and doors broken for months and months. Anyone can access what are supposed to be secure buildings. Trash often piles up in trash rooms as many residents appear to be too lazy to put trash down the shutes.

Elevator and garage constantly down. The garage now only opens when you scan your door fob, making your garage fob ($50 nonrefundable charge) useless.

I like vantage so much. It has good amenities,spring creek and good school zones. Maintainince was so good, they responded very quickly, I like game room and swimming pool.

I do not like the people that run this complex. Why is the gate always broken. Why won’t they fix the sign for the towing company. Why do packages keep getting stolen. This is not the complex that I moved into 3 years ago

So far so great living at Vantage at Spring Creek in Richardson, TX! There are many additional pros that you don't see going into it. So that's a plus!

The office is great but the horrible drivers who continue to hit the gates are annoying (as in sure you feel tenfold). The areas are clean I just wish yall would fix the broken doors since the gate keeps breaking or get cameras for on top of the gate/doors just to feel safer

I love it here so far. I love being next to the trails, pool and workout room. I love the staff especially Londyn and Kaylyn you guys are rock stars ?? Two issues I have is the gate, when I first moved in it was a working gate then people manipulate it to prevent it from closing which is a safety hazard. The second is the doors slamming loudly when people just open them and then BOOM ?? upon closing. People flying super fast in the garage almost had a few head on collisions with people speeding around the corners. Speed humps would prevent this from happening. Love the valet trash service it’s nice as the garage rooms are disgusting ?? Parking sucks at times, but soon I’m going to have to purchase a parking spot.

I recently completed my two year stay at vantage at spring creek . I am really happy with the overall experience. The staff is very nice & enthusiast which is an a plus for me . The environment is always clean and fresh, I like the apartment atmosphere.

Overall it’s a safe area, units are nice, appliances are new, style is modern, and it’s generally a calm and quiet community. Pet friendly, but if you’re not into animals, people are respectful. Parking and trash are probably the biggest issues. The gate is broken 95% of the time. Every time management gets it fixed, somehow it gets broken again days later. Maybe someone is breaking it on purpose bc it’s honestly insane how rare it is that the gate is fully working. Guest parking is limited on the ground floor outside the gate, although they can park on the 6th and 7th floor if they register their car. Towing is enforced. There is supposed to be an app that allows you to buzz someone in through the gate and doors, but when we moved in, we were told it was currently down. It’s been 10 months and we still don’t have that so it can be pretty annoying to go up to the 6th floor to let our guests in. The gym is okay if you like dumbbells and treadmills. The machines are honestly so weird.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns about the Property. We have a parking policy in place that everyone signs and registers cars before parking beyond the gates. We have great maintenance that is always willing to make the experience of living here a pleasant one.
Maintenance requests not dealt on time and marked complete without resolving. Pest control is not effective. moths and insects keep coming in. Garden is not trimmed regularly

Thank you for taking the time for your review. We have an amazing Maintenance team that goes above and beyond for the residents. We have pest control set up for the property once a week for the resident's needs. We are right next to a nature reserve that is beautiful and has lots of trees and trails.
apartment is great so far, but the staff isn’t as ready for work as we expected. They are welcoming but lazy on timing and getting things done.

I moved to Texas 6 weeks ago & am thankful I found my " new home" at "Vantage @Spring Creek". The staff have exceeded my expectations, especially Kaylyn. She has helped me maneuver through the application process etc. She is extremely knowledgeable & Patient! She always greets everyone with a smile. She has also provided information about the surrounding area for restaurants, Doctors & location of several businesses. Her help was priceless. The location of the complex is convenient to EVERYTHING ! I plan to make " Vantage" my home for several years.

Great location along side a natural trail and a grocery store.Generally good to live here. However, there is an issue with doors and gates malfunctioning as well as thin walls.

Great place and very well maintained community. Been living here from last 2 years. And extended my lease. It's very secured and office stuff really nice.

Security, maintenance was so good, I like the game room because kids are enjoying after school. Leasing people are also responded on time if you have any problems regarding maintenances,one more important thing is bus stop for school kids, some apartments does not have bus stop for kids, we have to drop near bus stop.

We stayed here for a year! Fairly happy with stay, Great location, great units, good sound and heat insulation, appliances and fixtures are up to date and modern. Amenities available are wonderful, they have a rooftop lounge, pool, small gym, residents lounge with coffee and printer

I have lived here for over 3 years and I love it here. There have literally been no bugs in my apartment (aside from a few small fruit flies) and I can be at peace that I will never see a roach or spider inside my place. The maintenance team here is awesome; if you place an online request for something to be fixed, they will come that same day and get it done.

This is going really great. the trials park behind the apartments is huge we can find peace of mind there and the things to do inside the apartment complex is great too. lots of things to do like play pool or go to the Vantage point or just chill at the hammock or maybe even go to the gym. Apartments is the best ever plus great employees working at the leasing office so professional. !!Lets go Vantage!!

This property and the amenities are nice esthetically. But it is overpriced. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and responsive to requests.

This is a great community to live in! I am Thrilled to see the cleanliness of the apartment amenities, the grounds, the office, inside and outside of the property as well. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. The community is great! I love The trails and location of the apartments. My unit is very spacious and more than what I imagined it would be! The views from my apartment are amazing. I love the trash valet service. I am Looking forward to using more of the amenities here. I love the security of each floor, needing the key to scan the doors to get onto each floor and elevator from the car garage. I love the luxury of having a car garage as well. I wish the gates were actually fixed in the car garage, but other than that, no complaints!

It’s a decent appartment complex. Easy access to trails for walking or biking. Decent amenities, free electric vehicle charging is a nice and convenient.

I really love how nice people are in this community. I like the maintenance department. they resolve the problems immediately. I like events they organized in festivals and they make it so fun.

So far over the past half year that I've resided here, it has been very clean and I really enjoy all the amenities Vantage has to offer. I would highly recommend for future residents to consider renting a unit here.
