Move in was fine. Issue of rotten eggs smell was resolved immediately by maintenance (drained hot water heater) and they still trying to figure out how to reach wasps nest. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Just moved in and the staff has been wonderful compared to the complex we moved from. Honesty was the biggest issue at our old place. Beyond that, this place is wonderfully clean and welcoming, not to mention quiet.

I believe the QR code system for visitor parking is one of the worst decisions this apartment complex has made. It’s confusing, inconvenient, and ultimately feels like a trap. Towing residents' guests—especially during financially and emotionally difficult times—is unnecessary and shows a lack of consideration for the community. A simple and effective improvement would be to add clearly marked “VISITOR” parking spaces with white paint on the 6th and 7th floors. This would reduce confusion and prevent honest mistakes. Right now, the lack of signage combined with the QR code requirement creates a frustrating and unwelcoming experience for both residents and their guests. I strongly urge management to reconsider the current policy and take immediate steps to make parking more resident- and visitor-friendly.

I just moved to Vantage at spring creek. The place is very convenient to live in. Close to City line where there is plenty to do. The nature preserve is right outside of the apartment complex.

I've been living in this apartment complex for some time, and while there have been some positives, my recent experience has left me very disappointed and concerned. A major issue occurred when my trailer was stolen from the fourth-floor parking garage. I immediately contacted the leasing office. Cynthia from management was incredibly helpful and cooperative—she provided a video upon request, which I truly appreciated. However, I received no follow-up or support from any other manager. There was no communication, no letter of acknowledgment, and no real effort to help us feel supported during such a stressful and upsetting situation. Despite asking for more information or security footage to help identify who stole the trailer, we got no response. This incident makes it hard to feel safe or valued as a resident. We expected more from management in terms of communication, safety, and support. At this point, we’re truly disappointed.

I love my apartment. Beautiful. I moved in a month ago. Cinthia and the gentleman in the lease office are great, friendly and very helpful. The place is quiet and next to trails which is a plus if you have dogs.

Vantage at SPRING CREEK Apartments is a lovely place. It’s in such a central and great spot especially for shopping, running errands, and taking dogs on walks. Even though it is right off the highway and has a lot just within walking distance, it is still somehow in a secluded spot. I think it’s been great so far aside from parking challenges, but that’s nothing that the staff can really control— and It’ll be over in a few days! The only reason I remain in this apartment community is its location. Unfortunately, this community is too expensive for the level of upkeep provided. The pool was dirty all summer, with mold on the pool furniture and walls. The hallways often have unpleasant smells, and the elevators frequently malfunction. Additionally, the amenities are not well maintained. I stopped using the gym a while ago due to several pieces of equipment being non-operational. Currently, maintenance is taking place in the parking garage, and while I appreciate the safety measures being implemented for residents, the planning was poorly executed. There was little consideration for ensuring residents have adequate and safe parking, especially during the Thanksgiving holiday, which has been a great inconvenience. Despite this, we are still charged amenity fees while having to park in random locations, with the constant worry of being towed. The apartment "owners" barely deserve a 3 rating at this point.

To help mitigate the impact of the garage closure, we designated alternative parking areas and provided shuttle services from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. Lived here for 7 months and I love these apartments. The property is right by a trail so I love the convenience of being able to get exercise and go to the store with Whole Foods around the corner. Great location.

Everything is broken. Limited information about community events, ETAs on items that need fixing, gate broken for weeks on end. The general vibe is very unwelcoming nor matching the luxury apartment price we pay.

My actual apartment is nice, I like the layout of the unit and the location to the trails. Landscaping around the property is very poor and not maintained well. Doors and gates are always broken or propped open, making the buildings unsafe. Neighbors are loud and throw parties during quiet hours - when I emailed the office about it, I received no response back. They close maintenance requests in my portal without completing the work or communicating anything to me. The pool area needs a deep cleaning - seat cushions/chairs/etc are SO dirty, it made me not want to use the amenities I pay an arm and a leg for during the summer which was disappointing.

Always friendly staff. A clean and safe place to live. I've been here three plus years with no problems at all. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for short-term or long-term living. Lots of great restaurants nearby, close to highways. Richardson is a very well-managed city.

Love the place. I've been here for 4 years now and I've had a great experience. Maintenance is always fast (if I submit a request the night before, someone is usually in my apartment to fix anything the next day. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I’ve lived here for 4 years and after Levi left management is so bad!! The girl in charge now is so rude and has an attitude 24/7. She extremely unhelpful. Also, this place has become so FILTHY. Nothing is kept up with. Doors are broken and have been for months. Gate in the garage is always broken. There’s trash and dirt everywhere. Any time I bring friends or family over they tell me how gross this property is. I can’t wait to leave when my lease is up.

Horribly maintained. Not secure. Gates and doors broken for months and months. Anyone can access what are supposed to be secure buildings. Trash often piles up in trash rooms as many residents appear to be too lazy to put trash down the shutes.

I like vantage so much. It has good amenities,spring creek and good school zones. Maintainince was so good, they responded very quickly, I like game room and swimming pool.

The office is great but the horrible drivers who continue to hit the gates are annoying (as in sure you feel tenfold). The areas are clean I just wish yall would fix the broken doors since the gate keeps breaking or get cameras for on top of the gate/doors just to feel safer

I love it here so far. I love being next to the trails, pool and workout room. I love the staff especially Londyn and Kaylyn you guys are rock stars ?? Two issues I have is the gate, when I first moved in it was a working gate then people manipulate it to prevent it from closing which is a safety hazard. The second is the doors slamming loudly when people just open them and then BOOM ?? upon closing. People flying super fast in the garage almost had a few head on collisions with people speeding around the corners. Speed humps would prevent this from happening. Love the valet trash service it’s nice as the garage rooms are disgusting ?? Parking sucks at times, but soon I’m going to have to purchase a parking spot.

Overall it’s a safe area, units are nice, appliances are new, style is modern, and it’s generally a calm and quiet community. Pet friendly, but if you’re not into animals, people are respectful. Parking and trash are probably the biggest issues. The gate is broken 95% of the time. Every time management gets it fixed, somehow it gets broken again days later. Maybe someone is breaking it on purpose bc it’s honestly insane how rare it is that the gate is fully working. Guest parking is limited on the ground floor outside the gate, although they can park on the 6th and 7th floor if they register their car. Towing is enforced. There is supposed to be an app that allows you to buzz someone in through the gate and doors, but when we moved in, we were told it was currently down. It’s been 10 months and we still don’t have that so it can be pretty annoying to go up to the 6th floor to let our guests in. The gym is okay if you like dumbbells and treadmills. The machines are honestly so weird.

Maintenance requests not dealt on time and marked complete without resolving. Pest control is not effective. moths and insects keep coming in. Garden is not trimmed regularly

We have pest control set up for the property once a week for the resident's needs. We are right next to a nature reserve that is beautiful and has lots of trees and trails.
apartment is great so far, but the staff isn’t as ready for work as we expected. They are welcoming but lazy on timing and getting things done.

Security, maintenance was so good, I like the game room because kids are enjoying after school. Leasing people are also responded on time if you have any problems regarding maintenances,one more important thing is bus stop for school kids, some apartments does not have bus stop for kids, we have to drop near bus stop.
