Property Ratings at Van de Vyver
I have attempted phone calls at multiple times per day on multiple days. The voicemail box is full. Sent multiple messages requesting a tour and application. I even just tried to show up to the leasing office which says they are open 9-5 and they are not there. I have received no responses despite there appearing to be multiple units available. Dissapointed but not surprised.

I rented at the Van de Vvyer for a year. Management did not return my calls & emails. No show to scheduled meetings with me. Good luck finding management at the Van de Vyver during business hours. Management does not know about their apartments. Never cleaned the gym dusty equipment. Community washers & dryers in the Abbey full of dog hair. No online system to pay rent (had to pay by check). Relayed information to residents by hanging a piece of paper on your door (don't contact residents via email). Never returned my security deposit.
I called multiple times and it just rings and then hangs up. Also, I sent in multiple emails and no one responds.

I was very interested in and wanted to live in this apartment, but they just simply said through the email since I'm a full-time student this would disqualify me from leasing the affordable rate apartments that they offer. In this case, other apartments ask me to double deposit or pay 6 months or 1 year upfront or find a co-signer or show a bank statement, etc. Usually, most apartments try to find other ways for me to live in their apartment. But, one of the employees at Van de Vyver Apartment, didn't respond anymore my emails since they think I'm not a future resident? also, I told them that I want to tour but they kept change the subject. I felt bad and had a bad experience.
