Our Valentine property features historic 6-plex buildings a block away from the Uptown Theater. These apartments are conveniently located just off Southwest Trafficway and are less than 10 minutes from Penn Valley Community College, Westport and many other locations. Valentine Apartments offer 2 bedroom units with traditional, early-20th century charm, modern updates, and are approximately 900 square feet. Some features our tenants enjoy: Street parking & reserved parking Original hardwood floors Ceiling fans Spacious living areas and bedrooms Personal balcony (some units) Laundry on site Central air (some units; other units have window A/C units provided) Package concierge service- a free service that allows tenants to ship packages to our office in Midtown KC for pick up.

Midtown is an exciting, relatively newly recognized area in the Kansas City landscape. It’s geographic location was frequently debated, but it’s largely agreed-upon that Midtown encompasses the area from 31st to 55th streets from north to south, and from State Line Road to The Paseo for its east-west borders, respectively. This up-and-coming, eclectic area its bustling brewpubs, bars, trendy and traditional restaurants serving a variety of cuisine, and Hyde Park. There are also historic Kansas City landmarks to explore, like the Thomas Hart Benton Home, with tours of the painter’s studio and gardens.
