VALENTINE GARDENS
THIS IS A COOPERATIVE BUILDING. THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY LARGE. THE WALLS AND FLOOR ARE THIN. THERE IS A STORAGE UNIT AND PARKING AVAILABLE FOR A MONTHLY FEE. THERE IS A LAUNDRY ROOM IN THE BASEMENT. THE BUILDING IS MAINTAINED VERY WELL.
