I have lived many places (TX, CA & NY) and I must say the care/support I have received is superb! The ladies (Cindy, Rebecca and Skye) are so incredibly personable and responsive plus their follow-up to ensure closer is ON POINT. Yes, I am more than satisfied with how I have been treated. I know it’s natural, because I have been in the office and seen everyone is treated with respect and attentiveness!
The apartment complex is well maintained, clean, and quiet. I like the activities, privacy, and friendly environment. Also l would like to give thanks to Rebecca for the great tour and hospitality.
Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is very responsive.
My experience here is amazing. I want to thank all the staff for being so hospitable and caring. They respond very fast and keep things maintained very well!
I have been living in this property for 1 year and the truth is that it is one of the most beautiful places I have been in this time. It is always immaculate. The maintenance workers are very kind to the residents and keep everything in order. I like that it is a very quiet and familiar place.????

I called to enquire about leasing at Vale and Josh was very helpful in addressing all my numerous questions as I will be relocating from out of state. I subsequently made a trip to tour the property on 2 occasions with Josh. He was very professional, friendly, and resourceful. The rooms viewed were in immaculate condition as well as the numerous desirable amenities on site. The application process was seamless; I got approved within 24 hours of submission. I look forward to becoming part of the community at Vale.
Cindy and her team are wonderful to work with. This community is a true gem! Attached garages on each apartment is a super bonus.
I love living here, and so does my dog. The leasing agents Lauren and Gladis are always kind, helpful, and informative. The property is always upkept and my neighbors are so nice and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.
Absolutely beautiful complex, but management does not care about you or your well-being/quality of life.

I've been here since the spring and when I moved in I chose this place because they had palm tree views from the apartments. Since the freeze happened all of the palm trees have died and they haven't been replaced since and it makes it look a bit run down.
Vale apartment is a great place to live, what is shown in the virtue pictures are the same in person. Management is great and professional. They are very caring about your apartment concerns and comfort. I’ve live here one year and the location is great and the complex is like living at home. The complex is well maintained and clean. This complex gives me an excellent peace of mine living here.
The vale apartments is a home away from home. The layout and design is great for those looking to feel like they are in a home versus apartment. The community is one of a kind but the staff is even better. I has the privilege of working with Joshua, the Assistant Manager, and honestly his sense of customer service and property knowledge will make your decision easy. He is patient and flexible in handling the tenant process and I am glad I has the privilege to work with him.
Vale luxury apartments have greatly exceeded my expectations. The leasing team and management are all so polite and kind. The property is very well kept and clean. Maintance responds promptly to any issues that may arise. My move in process was seamless and very easy. I have enjoyed the community and staff here. I would definitely recommend considering these apartments. The amenities are amazing, the apartments are spacious and functional, and the property overall is a great place to live.
Vale is amazing when it comes to making sure that everything is working correctly. We recently had a lighting issue. They were efficient and very kind on getting that fixed for us.
