The apartment has been recently refurbished from top to bottom with a convenient workspace. A fabulous neighborhood that's great now and getting better by the day. There is lots to do in the area; there are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Trader Joe's supermarket is less than two blocks away. Also, there are many areas to go for a walk, a run, or a bike ride if you wish.
