Locally known as simply Holiday, North Broadway-Holiday is a beautiful neighborhood in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Along with a namesake park, Holiday is surrounded by parks, green space, and trails like Wonderland Lake Park and Fourmile Creek Trailhead. There are restaurants and shops located along Broadway, but residents appreciate living just four miles away from Downtown Boulder and Pear Street Mall. This scenic neighborhood is known for its luxury condos and apartments, colorful townhomes, and large houses, but there are some more affordable rental options available as well.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Uptown Broadway
I love my apartment. It’s spacious and bright and there’s lots of storage and a great kitchen. It’s a well run building that stays on top of things and responds quickly. I’m so happy to be able to walk to the foothills, and to get breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a haircut! The best thing about Uptown Broadway is that, unlike many apartments in Boulder, they’re nestled away from heavily trafficked roads. It’s so nice and quiet without being isolated.

Thank you so much for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with Uptown Broadway! We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying your time here at Uptown Broadway and in Boulder!
I moved to uptown broadway in January and have really loved it. The apartment is nice, has a new kitchen and a really spacious patio, everything is always clean around the property and maintenance (John) is amazing. We've had several minor maintenance issues and he has always been prompt and extremely pleasant in fixing these right away. I love the new courtyards that were just put in and look forward to using the grill and fire pit in the summer. The location is also perfect. Very close to bike trails and single track as well as grocery stores and restaurants. North Boulder turned out to be the perfect location for us because it feels like there is more open space all while being 5-10 minutes from every amenity. Really recommend this place!!

I’ve lived in several different communities and I have to say this one is by far the best. The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful. It was a very smoother process and I’m pleased with the property and the team who works here!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review! We love hearing that you enjoy living with us, and we love that you are here at Uptown Broadway!!
Have lived here for two months so far, and I’ve loved every minute of it. The location is great with a nice view of the mountains and only a short bike or car ride to campus or the downtown area. There isn’t a ton of stuff in Boulder itself, but it’s about a twenty minute drive from some cities with more amenities and about 30-40 from Denver. The previous place I lived at had a very awkwardly located parking garage that was always a pain to get into and the door was barely big enough for a mid-size suv. The garage door here is twice as big and easy to get into. Both of the courtyards are currently being renovated, which may be an inconvenience now, but I’m all for the upgrades once it’s finished. I’m looking forward to being here for a while!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this detailed review! We are thankful you are a resident here with us!
I visited my daughters apartment recently at Uptown Broadway, getting the excited full inventory of the amenities offered by this complex for her use. The location was very convenient but not in the middle of the madness that can be Boulder. Her apartment is beautiful, and well organized. In a short walk around, it was obvious to me that this complex is well maintained, and my understanding is that the management team is efficient and most importantly listens to the needs and concerns of the tenants. I am pleased to see that street parking is convenient, unlike her previous apartment, where there was a constant threat of being towed. I am envious of my daughter. If I was 30 years younger, I would have loved living in Uptown Broadway. Kudos to the Community Manager.
The living space is very nice, but I am frustrated with the multiple maintenance issues so far and I haven't even been here a month yet.
I've found it very easy to live here, and when I need something fixed, have a complaint, or an issue the team is very easy to work with and happy to help me. That makes a big difference!
The Uptown Broadway apartments on North Broadway are great places to land, whether you're new to Boulder or a long-time resident. The location of the complex is unmatched for outdoor enthusiasts; you'll find access to Boulder's excellent trail network just across the street! Restaurants, cafes, an independent grocery store and a knowledgeable bike shop are all within walking distance, not to mention easy access to public transportation. Downtown Boulder is just 5 minutes away by bus or car! The common spaces -equipped with a grill and comfortable seating area - are well-maintained, the staff are easy to reach and very helpful, and the apartments are updated and very well kept. If you're looking for a quiet neighbohood in Boulder, with all the amenities, this is it!
Village community in Urban setting. Good neighbors and community relationships. Real folk looking out for each other! Management/tenant relations are about communication.Amenities promote, but don't require interaction. Respectful, low key and friendly.
This is a fantastic new area of Boulder. Hiking and biking trails nearly out your front door, covered parking, great restaurants and coffee, and the best public park in the City of Boulder just across Broadway, this place has some magic. Most of the units have just undergone a fairly major renovation, so you might find new carpet, new hardwood, great looking cabinets, and the floor plans are spacious and unusually nice. Most of the neighbors are great, a few have some kids to play with at the great parks if you're also a parent, and the parents themselves are a joy to spend time with. The property management has been great, always quick to respond as far as I've seen, if you meet Billy I think you'll agree. He seems like he was genetically engineered to be super helpful and friendly. You'll know what I mean when you meet him. The drive down the hill as you approach Iris on Broadway reminds me why I live where I do. It's an unspoiled view of the flatirons and it's breathtaking every day. It will never get old. There are a few nits to pick though. It's within a few blocks of a homeless shelter, which has resulted in a few things going missing from the underground parking structure, including my brand new and unusually nice bike. I never even got to ride it. I'm a little bitter about that, hence the loss of a star. The Management might tell you that it's secure enough to use as supplemental storage, but it's probably not. If you put your bike down there, lock it to their rack, don't just put it in your space like I did. Street parking is also a little tough on the weekends. Because it's so close to some great biking, cycling enthusiasts will occupy a good deal of the street parking. It always clears out near sunset, so it's not a huge problem, but I'm used to parking within a block of my front door, and that hasn't *always* been possible (my room mate uses the covered parking). Overall, I'd actually enthusiastically encourage anyone to move in here. I can't give it 5 stars because of the theft, but if you don't use the garage for storage and make sure to lock up your bike, I think you'll love it here. I certainly do.
