The amenities at this property are great and the staff is very friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Bonus, it is located next to Union Reservoir.

Staff turnover is high and the office employees are quite rude. I wouldn't rent here if resident service is at all important to you.

Union Pointe is a beautiful residential community and the area is peaceful and pristine. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. However, I rated this Residential Community only 3 Stars because I would never live there again. I find some of their non-rental "charges" to be a stretch. I felt that they nickel and dimed me to death. As only one example, when I moved out I was charged a $10 Move Out Fee, and was charged $35 for a toilet seat (which is typically considered normal wear and tear). And that was after I paid a Professional Cleaning Service to clean the apartment. It was spotless when I left.

Best apartments in Longmont! Amenities are fantastic and you can't beat the location. Easy access to Union Reservoir, Main St. Longmont, Boulder, and the highway.

Welcoming team and residents at Union Pointe. The amenities are second to none with even a Car Wash station, wow. Start the day at the "Daily Burn" and end the day with a great view, wine glass on the patio table.
New, clean (inside & out), quiet and conviniently located. Responsive management and nice amenities
Erika at the office is so fantastic! Shes easy to talk to and happy to accommodate any needs you may have! The apartments are very clean inside and out! There are so many great things here to use anytime like the pool/hot tub, the gym, the dog wash etc. we love living here!

would not recommend till management enforces rules better. Maintenance staff is excellent and takes cares of issues immediately. Still very friendly staff in office.

I've lived in quite a few places in my life, but none like this. For the price, there is no equal. Fantastic place to live. Amazing staff, amazing amenities, amazing floor plans, and really good location. I was skeptical about the gym and pool but they are both really amazing and I have no complaints about living here at all!

I have greatly enjoyed the community and all of the wonderful amenities at Union Pointe! The gym is well above par with the equipment it has to offer and the private workout room with a variety of workout videos on a large flat screen to choose from! The resort-style pool has also been a very enjoyable, relaxing hangout. Kristen and Erika were helpful with my move in making sure I had everything I needed and have been very welcoming.

Moving from out of state was a daunting task. The staff here at Union Pointe addressed every question and concern we had, no matter how small. We were looking at other nearby apartments, but after a virtual tour and corresponding with the leasing office, we knew that this was the place to live. The appliances are top of the line and beautiful, the floor plans are spacious and open, the windows are tall and allow plenty of natural light in, and this is a very green place to be. I cannot recommend these apartments enough!

Management management management. Any building can decide to throw together a brand spankin new apartment complex, but very few hire a staff that provides top notch services. While the complex provides an insane number of amenities, all of which are upscale and modern, it's the staff that I applaud. They make the apartment complex feel more like a community, hosting social events, food trucks on site, you name it. They are also extremely friendly and genuine. A far cry from the other management teams I've encountered. One other important piece to note. The location is wonderful. You get a view of the mountains to the west and Union Reservoir to your East. There is a park to the South and a nature preserve to the North. Absolutely beautiful come sunset.
