Justin and Caroline are incredibly helpful, transparent, and have followed up with us. Great service overall and I will be recommending Union house to all.

It's a nice apartment and everything works smoothly. I like the space. I love the common areas. It's easy to get to the parking lot and the EV station is a plus.

It’s amazing, I love this building in special the reception, the smell is wonderful, what you guys use?? lol, but anyway everything is good, I just feel sad because you guys closed the pool early this year, I hope it closes a little later next year ????

We’ve just moved in and love the building so far! Everyone we’ve run into is super kind and friendly! Staff is super helpful and we are in such a great part of Framingham. I can’t wait to explore more.

Just moved in, and it has been great so far. The Management, especially Caroline was amazing helping and accommodating us with our move. Its only been a few days, but the building has amaziing amenities, the apartment itself is in a great location, with cafe's near by, and since we drive we also have covered parking!

Good experience so far! Management was helpful answering questions. AC was broken when we moved in, so our apartment has been very warm. But other than that, good!

Unfortunately, the building’s maintenance is lacking. The garage door is frequently broken and often left open, which raises ongoing safety concerns. The management company does not appear to hire enough staff to properly maintain the property. While the concept of the building is good, it’s clear that it lacks the right team to take proper care of it.

Several months living here and have zero complaints. Communication with staff is impeccable and any issues within the building are dealt with quickly. Rey friendly atmosphere.

It has been a good experience so far. Community has been nice and quiet so far. We are very happy with the maintenance on site as they helped us mount our TV and also was very quick and friendly. Looking forward to spending some time in lounge and pool this summer.

Having lived here almost 4 years now I notice the difference in management. Management and staff is a constant change and things take forever to get fixed or just don’t get fixed. Residents don’t take care of the property which has only been only since 2019, but you’d think it’s been 10 years because of the awful upkeep.

It’s been absolutely lovely living here! Quiet neighbors for the most part, secure garage, clean gym/lobby/elevator. I made the right choice coming here

We love living at Union House! We’re in a great location with everything we need nearby. The apartments are modern and attractive. Management is always responsive when we need something.

Living at the union house has been a mostly great experience. The building itself is modern, the location is super convenient, and I’ve really enjoyed having access to the amenities. It’s nice to have a gym and a lounge space right in the building it definitely adds to the sense of community and convenience. That being said, there are a few things that could be better. The gym is nice to have, but the selection of machines is pretty limited, which can make it tough to get a full workout in. Also, the TVs in the lounge don’t work, which is a bit of a letdown when you’re hoping to relax or watch something with friends. One thing I really wish they would add is a 24-hour help desk. There have been times when I’ve had a question or needed assistance late at night, and it would be great to have someone available at all hours. Overall, I do like living here it feels like home. But with a few small changes, it could be even better.

Great experience overall. Everything was absolutely seamless and it was so enjoyable. I highly recommend Union house to everyone. Great social atmosphere.

So far the experience has been not bad. Sometimes a lot noise in the hallway with kids and pets but hopefully that improves. The maintenance on site is amazing, very helpful and quick to respond.

Much quieter place. Sometimes you can hear train noise but it's not too loud. The view from the house is amazing. Located in the downtown which makes access to nearby stores easy.

Everyone is friendly so far! Easy access to the loading Dock! Justin & Caroline had been extreamly friendly & helpful! I definitely recommend UNION HOUSE

The move in experience was great. The community has a lot to offer in terms of amenities. I'm excited to use the pool this summer and enjoy the common area games.

There are great scenic views, upscale appliances, outstanding security protocols to keep you safe, and amazing amenities all around the whole building!

The building is beautiful and clean, amenities are wonderful, and the apartment is perfect! The only challenge is sometimes it’s difficult to find packages.

So comfy to live here, everything is so new and preserved, the neighbors are so sweet. There’s a lot of things you can do here. Love it so much!

Great property management, love the amenities, pool, gym, lounge. Great location. The building is accessible, it has two elevators and a trash chute on each floor

Overall a positive experience, beautiful apartment, great amenities, wonderful neighbors, excellent general cleaning woman and maintenance man who work extremely hard and are very responsive. New front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Change in Management has improved overall communication to residents and improvements have been made to grills and other features. Rising costs in the area as well as an escalation in crime and drugs are a concern and require attention to security. Residents also need to be closely monitored for lease violations which cause the building interior to deteriorate (excessive trash left behind, dog accidents on carpeting, furniture left in the garage, etc.). Overall a positive experience.

Absolutely love it here!! Luxury living at its finest. The entire building is clean, the parking is organized, the amenities are well kept, and the apartments are absolutely beautiful

I’ve been here for two months and I love the apartment. The staff has been really nice. It’s easy to use the different apps for paying rent and opening doors for guests or mail deliveries. The noise level is very low inside the apartment. I really like the gym, pool, and shared office spaces. I like that there’s a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance as well and the grocery stores aren’t too far away.

I love Union house, the amenities people who live here are great. I’m glad I choose to stay here. Best part is the location next to train station.

I have lived at Union house for about & months now and I like it very much! All maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly and the building itself is new and nice! It is quite expensive since no utilities are included, but that's just downtown living for you! Overall a good experience.

I’ve loved living here. It’s a great community and the staff is very helpful. I also enjoy the community events and the location. People in the building are friendly and generally take care of the space.

A good place, nice apartments. Lobby, gym, pool, bike room, pats room. Downtown. There are places where you can meet friends and spend time with them. There are also locations that can be used as an office, as well as a pleasant evening to sit with coffee in the lobby.

It's a nice and cozy place. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Its rest areas are very nice with excellent and very friendly residents. It would be excellent if there was a space for a pool table.

I've used the BBQ and had a nice evening by the pool. Overall I'm happy. The AC works amazing and I love my kitchen with island in the middle. So many shops around!

We love living at Union House! We’re close to everything we need and love all the building has to offer. With the upcoming summer weather, there is plenty to enjoy

The building and amenities are stellar. The balcony facing the pool is amazing. The room is spacious and modern. I plan on staying for several years.

The building is not secure or well maintained. Homeless people break in constantly. Neighbors are great, but staff not so much. It has drastically changed and for the price you pay, I strongly recommend against it.

Everything is good, I love it, everything is perfect, it is a good experience, and the design of the rooms and the building is comfortable and beautiful.

The area is fairly quiet aside from the train going by. However you get used to it. It’s in a very convenient location closed to many things.

I love my apartment with the south facing windows - my plants are thriving and my dog, Boo, enjoys the sunshine. The location is awesome with so many shops and restaurants nearby - just to name a few - Andina Cafe has delicious hot chocolate and croissants - Pho Dakao has a yummy sautée with lemongrass - and Viva’s Flower Shop has some of the most beautiful arrangements for anytime of year. I love this place!!

Union House got the best location where everything is near us. I love to be here for a longer time. I don’t think we can find a home like union house anywhere else. This is the best.

Not as exceptional as it was within the last year since overhaul of management and staff simultaneously. Services have suffered as well as physical condition of building.

I have lived here 4 years and I loved it. I loved coming home everyday. Now it’s just not as clean anymore. There’s always trash everywhere. People aren’t picking up after their pets. For someone who doesn’t have a pet to walk out your door (literally apartment door) and step in animal waste on the rug is absolutely disgusting.

Management is unresponsive to emails. They also will try to screw you over for absolutely everything when you move out. Not worth the money at all

Management is excellent and friendly! Apartment unit is so beautiful. Amenities are amazing! This place is not boring, you can go to the gym or recreational room to keep yourself busy.
