Management is unresponsive to concerns. Neighbors are very loud and you can hear parties every night. It's kinda miserable and not worth it in my opinion.

There is no AC and it gets up to 90 degrees even with the use of portable fans. You can install an AC unit but it will come out of pocket for hundreds of dollars. The Wifi goes out like once every hour. The walls are paper thin and you will hear every neighbor, including the frats that surround this area. They party every night from so the noise is high and it's hard to sleep. Also, there is no elevator which makes this place very inaccessible - stairs only. The laundry units smell like urine. It's also only two washers for a five level building! Additionally, they advertise this as a UW only building, but any college student can rent here. I have also seen children and elderly people in the building. I would recommend living elsewhere if you want peace, convenience, and comfort.
The apartment is surrounded by 4 fraternities which host parties every night on a daily basis. The thin walls mean that you have no choice but to 'attend.' The amenities listed in the website are greatly exaggerated: there is no lounge area or outdoor space. Delivery services won't deliver your packages to you because the entry is confusing. The management sends passive aggressive emails encouraging tenants to spy on each other.
Communication is absolutely horrible. Rent is expensive and the walls are thin. What really got to me was communication with management. Absolutely TERRIBLE. They will offer you verbally or through email one thing, and then reject it the next day and raise the price or not honor what they originally offered. Very dishonest and hard to communicate with. Save yourself the hassle and stress and find somewhere else.
The leasing company was responsive and fair. Can't beat the location (although it is very loud being right across the street from a frat house) and the apartments are new and clean.
This apartment is great for students of the University of Washington. It is only half a block away from campus and not far away from stores. Almost everything is walking distance, but I would recommend getting a bike since it is very cheap to store here. The wifi included is good for everything. I have been here for a few weeks now and it is a very cozy place to be. This building is also practically brand new so everything looks excellent and works perfectly.
The studio provides great value for money and had a kitchen, bathroom, and was decently sized. The building also has a laundry room. It is located in a great area, only a 10 minute walk from the grocery stores and a short distance from campus, and, therefore, no vehicle is needed. The leasing agency is helpful and promptly replied to my emails when I lost my keys and when I wanted a last minute extension to my lease.
