Twenty20 is such an amazing community. The concierge (Kwame + Jibril) are phenomenal; they are so helpful, take care of your packages, and are always willing to help. The leasing office is nothing short of one-of-a kind. Paige, Wayne, Elsa, and Isaiah really make my living experience amazing. I have toured and lived other places and nothing beats the experience they have given me the last few years. It’s convenient between two t stations, near the mall, and Whole Foods. Love it. Been living here for over 9 years and the management and maintenance staff has always been great! The area is close to two train stations, lots of buses, stores, Cambridgeside galleria and many food choices to eat out!

Great place to live, I love the location (right off the green line). It also has great amenities and all common spaces are kept very clean. I only wish we could get a "Who's Who" of the staff with our move in packet so we could easily know who they are and say hi to them! (if not all the staff, then at least just the concierge team)

I really enjoy living in this community. The staff is great, and the amenities are great. My biggest complaint is how much noise bleeds from other apartments into mine. It causes a lot of difficulty since I work from home.

We found the apartments description online very helpful, it was very easy to decide about moving in to apartment even without seeing it with my own eyes. After only a week, I feel like it’s my new home. The neighborhood is fantastic, area around is so beautiful and well connected with public transport. People who work here are fantastic! I feel very welcomed. I like how many great stuff Twenty 20 has. Gym is good, common area is very cozy and practical. I like the complimentary WiFi downstairs and that the TV is on and showing news.

Moving in was extremely easy and streamlined. The leasing office and concierge have been extremely helpful and organized, and the maintenance team has fixed problems in a very timely manner. Overall loving it here so far!

A nice building, staff, and neighborhood. They host nice little events for residents. I do wish they brought back the water dispensing machine (Bevi), and/or a coffee maker (was removed since the pandemic). Public transport isn't bad, and most of the neighborhood construction is finished (but still annoyingly happening). There should be more resident parking in the area.

There have been so many issues with Twenty20 since we moved in this past summer. The most stressful problem has been the lack of internet on the 4th floor common areas and conference rooms. My husband and I have complained and begged them to fix it for over 3 months and there is still no internet. This is unacceptable in this day and age and in this location, supposedly biotech hub of Cambridge. I hate writing bad reviews but if it gets them to fix the internet, then do be it. Don’t move into Twenty20 until they fix the internet.

Love the area, just wish they had more family events and also had enough things when they do events. On many occasions things have run out within the first 30 min .

Love living here at Twenty/20. Just signed another year on my lease. My place is in walking distance to everything. The building is very clean and staff are very friendly.
While the building, and common areas are nice, the units are starting to fall apart. While living here I regularly had call maintenance to fix shower pressure, water temp, electricity, and leaks. Over my 12 month time at Twenty20, the shower temp/ leaking and water pressure was never fixed. The units are below market, and really not worth the premium being charged. My recommendation as a seasoned renter is to head to Central for a better, and cheaper experience.

Great place to live besides all the construction. Beautiful area, but a little too corporate and lacking things to do/places to dine/drink. Amenities are nice, but the building should have a pool!
