Tuttle's Grove Apartments

I've lived at Tuttles Brooke 2 years now. I'm out of state visiting family. Just got a call from management asking if they can move my bistro table & umbrella and balcony flowerboxes. Before I left, I knew they needed to powerwash, but I didn't have anyone who could move them for me and I didn't think to ask. Ellen in the office offered to have the workers move the furniture and plants and put them back! Wow! Outstanding Customer Service. I never thought to ask because I thought it was too much to expect.

We have raised a complaint about our kitchen sink and no one turned up since a week and now our water heater is not working. Almost all in the community are having maintenance issues and they don’t react immediately or at least after 72 days. Sick maintenance!!!!

I looked into possibly moving there, but found the rental agent so rude I decided against it. If they were going to be rude while I was looking to rent a place, how would I be treated once they already had my money??? No thank you.

Make your own opinion of the property! So many of my neighbors have been here for YEARS! & love it! Seems that you can't make everyone happy but the staff does their best to get things done in a prompt & timely manner. The landscaping is beautiful & the office host's many fun events & fundraisers to help the community. Great management team & maintenance is very attentive as well.

The maintenance staff and office staff are always helpful. Recently our refrigerator was dying and we assessed the problem before any food spoiled. We contacted the office and stated we had an emergency. They sent a person from the maintenance crew to check the refrigerator. Within an hour they replaced the old with a new refrigerator and no food was spoiled. More importantly, my father is a diabetic and on dialysis. He keeps his medication in the refrigerator and it was fine as well. Thanks again to the maintenance and office staff for taking care of our family.

It's a horrible place to live in , very rude maintenance people , no problem is ever fixed . Old equipment, dirty houses carpet full of dust, a/c breaks down every other week and the maintenance doesn't show up as it not 90 degrees outside its just 89 . Pretty much not worth living here .

This is a great place to live!!! Been here for two years now and the staff is great and always very helpful. Maintenence is very helpful if I needed anything in my apartment fixed it was done very quickly. I would defiently reccommend this place to family and friends!

I lived at tuttles grove for five years. I loved that it was so close to everything. Has a nice pool and newly updated fitness center. The office staff and maintenance was always very helpful.

I've lived here for 5 years now. I love my community. The grounds are always spotless, the maintenance staff is incredibly quick and friendly as well as the office staff. One of the best luxury apartments in this area.
