COCKROACHES

AVOID HUB REALTY!!!! They are horrible at maintaining the grounds and with customer service. I have a newborn in my apartment and there are cockroaches all over. We don’t even cook anymore and they’ve been spreading. Every time neighbors next door move in or out, we see a ton (and the small cockroaches too). We’ve had an exterminator come three times and now Hub Realty said we need to deal with it. Out of three years of living here, we’ve kept our unit clean and now recently with a change of neighbors, we can’t stop the bugs. The trash all over the back alley doesn’t help either. Don’t expect that the parking spot that your rent is supposed to guarantee you will be available for you to park in either. Can’t pay me a million dollars to continue renting here. It used to be nice but now it turned into a run down complex.
