Dallas is one of the largest cities in America, combining urban sophistication with an incomparable Texan personality. Dallas is an altogether unique blend of cultures, styles, and flavors, with more than one million people calling the city proper home.
Living in Dallas puts you right in the thick of it all, with endless options to customize your experience. Corporate professionals seeking to avoid long commutes may want to look for apartments in Downtown or Uptown, which are both home to major business centers as well as residential communities, affording many residents walkable access to work. Culture enthusiasts should consider apartments near the Dallas Arts District, which is home to the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House, and more. Creatives may enjoy places like Old East Dallas and North Oak Cliff, where artistic pursuits abound.
Dallas offers some of the most diverse nightlife in Texas, from laid-back lounges to thumping night clubs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trinity Village Apartments
I lived there 17 years so obviously I didn't think it was terrible. Due to it's proximity to the Dallas North Tollway and George Bush Tollway it's in a good spot to get you to most parts of the metroplex fairly quickly. Staff is nice, and the maintenance crew does a good job. Parking was not a problem for me because I lived in the east side near Trinity Mills Road. Other parts of the complex can have limited parking. Internet is served through Spectrum. You could technically get AT&T but it's literally DSL at 18Mbps which isn't considered broadband. The apartment buildings have a boiler instead of individual water heaters in each apartment. This means you'll never run out hot water no matter how long your shower is. It also means if the boiler breaks no one has hot water. The apartment management company likes to nickel and dime you. You're forced to pay for valet trash service whether you want it or not. If you're too lazy to show them a copy of your renters insurance they'll bill you for their own renters insurance. The leases state when you move out you'll be charged a $75 cleaning fee regardless of how well you clean. If you need to rent a car and forget to tell the office it will get towed. If you have visitors you have to register their car on a website to ensure it doesn't get towed. If they're staying for a few days you have to do it every day. I stayed a long time due to it's proximity to work and because I really liked the layout of my apartment. When I moved out they didn't make up any extra charges I wasn't expecting outside of the junk fees they were already charging, even though they Iikely had to gut my apartment entirely due to how long I lived there.
Worst experience ever, you will regret it deeply. To the people who tries desperately to glorify this place, just wait till you move out when they hammer you with unreasonable faked charges (greedy at highest). Doesn't matter if you left your unit clean and undamaged or not, anyhow you have to pay them their upgrade money or punishment for leaving otherwise your info will be sent to collection and damage your credit.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! First off they charge way too much for what you're getting. These apartments are falling apart on the inside and infested with bugs. The parking is a nightmare and the parking spots are incredibly too small. The office staff seems friendly, but wait until you move out. These people are criminals and will try to rob you blind for fake damages. They tried to charge me over $500 for damages that were either non existent or damages due to their poor building maintenance. They were "kind" enough to knock it down to $200 after I argued with their property manager for about half an hour. Avoid these people at all costs!!!
Older complex that's tried to modernize, by adding fake hardwood floors which means first floor tenets now hear every single step upstairs neighbors take. I hear every sound or pin drop upstairs. Parking is horrid. Spaces are to narrow. Most take up 2 spaces, making it impossible to find parking or if people park within the lines you can't get to your apartment if you can even get out of your car. Dog park is a joke, more like dog run. Highly recommend driving through the complex after 10 pm if you enjoy a ding free vehicle.
PROS: -Price -Location -Pool/Grill Area CONS: -Limited Parking -No Fitness Center Been here for almost 7 months, about to renew for another 12. Quiet, although you can hear when someone turns on their water, but that doesn't bother me. Affordable and flex leases. Rent is only going up about $20. Parking is hit or miss though. After about 8/9pm, it is difficult to find parking and you have to be careful where you park too. Don't park next to pickups or coupes, or you might get hit with their door. Correct parking (parking WITHIN the lines) has been enforced lately, which has helped. I do wish there was a fitness center, or a contract with a gym for membership, but there is a nice running park behind the complex, that you can walk or drive to. No problems with staff/maintenance; very nice to work with, although it seems management changed about 3 times in a week at one point. Never had any problem with getting things fixed. Picasso's pizza comes by occasionally with $5 pizzas and there's some sort of free breakfast every 1st of the month.
my complex is very small and quiet we just recently moved in, and so far we really enjoy it.
Since the first day I've applied for my apartment the workers in the office has done a wonderful job. I've haven't had anything complaints with anything. The workers are nice and pleasant. I've recently referred a friend to my apartments and he got his apartment in 1 day. They're just great!
This complex is a great location in the North Dallas area. It is next to the tollway which is super convenient for me. It is also a few minutes away from Addison, which is a major plus because of the endless possibilities of restaurants and bars it provides. The staff here is incredible. They make you feel like family and are super understanding when it comes to any issues you may have at the apartment. My neighbors are awesome and friendly. Unfortunately, i am moving into a house but if i had to pick an apartment complex to live in, it would be here!
