The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trident Park Townhomes
My husband and I are moving to the Groton, CT area and during our research these town homes came up on our list and was our number one choice. When we visited we sat with Michelle. She was super friendly and extremely helpful and though. After going over all the features and requirements for the complex she took us over to the model and she made us feel so comfortable as we looked around. After a weekend of looking we contacted Michelle and informed her we would be mailing our application in for consideration. She called immediately once we were approved to let us know. This past weekend we happened to be down again and we stopped in to take measurements and again Michelle was super helpful. After we left Michelle called us two hours later so excited to let us know that the type of unit we wanted just opened up and she put our name down for the unit until we were able to get back in the morning to drive by to make sure we would be happy with it. And we were and we gave Amy our holding deposit. We are looking forward to living here as the price for what they offer is great compared to many others we looked at.
