Since moving here April 2023 I had 12 rats in my apartment. The leasing office and maintenance staff seem not to care because it's not a issue they have to deal with. If I would have known about the rats I wouldn't have moved my family here. Please do not rent here.
I wouldn't recommend these apartments to no one they are nasty unprofessional and rude. You can never get in contact with anyone and when you do they have a nasty attitude. They don't spray for bugs and roaches. It's trash all in the hall ways . It's just not a place you can call home or feel safe and comfortable at.

I've lived here for 10yrs and this year has been the worst for management. It's really hard trying to communicate with them. They keep the doors locked during business hours and never answer the phones.

The area is getting much better than it was, at first it was all just one thing after the other. Now it’s not as often and I feel like they’re really trying to clean up around here.

Don't move here it's been a nightmare and I can never get in contact with management and maintenance has attitude and try to tell you what they fixed and it's clearly still not fixed.

Maintenance takes there time, they advertise the pool and you cant get in . They act like they got dishwashers but they dont work and stank when you cut it on like it uses the water from the garbage disposal or something. My blinds didnt go to the bottom of my patio door and when it snowed in February some how it was coming in my living room thru the door. They have cameras and Dpd for security but my car was stolen twice and I never heard nothing after I made the police report.

Andrea in the office is awesome, works fast to get you moved in and had everything ready when I walked in. Maintenance responses the same day. Always a plus for me.

I have been living in this unit for the past 4 yrs and everything I need assistance i am granted. The management team was very helpful with my needs. I greatly appreciate it
I moved in October 2019. My experience been horrible. My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. My apartment was infested with rats upon moving in. They was coming from under my dish washer. Maintenance would come and act as if they was doing something but still rats was coming in. I'm 6 months into my lease and still have mice problems. I have traps set up and toss one or two every week or so. I'm pregnant with two other kids. I'm never comfortable to cook in my own kitchen. My sockets in the wall the mouse are coming from don't work because they are chewing the wires out. I hate it here and can't wait to leave. Also I've started to see many roaches as well.Hopefully the new management do something different to help current residents.
I lived in theses apartments in they're horrible, They look good but once you move in lots of roaches,and the air always not working management doesn't do anything especially maintenance they are sorry. Bad crime area gun shots and drugs kids always running around breaking things. All I can say is NO.
The maintenance men here are horrible. They don't check what's on your work order they give predictions of what could be wrong. This is my second night with my daughter in a hot apt. It feels like outside in my house. I called the emergency hotline which it stated if the air is out to call. The guy called me bk an argued an screamed at me about what he couldn't do at night. But he did nothing when they were open that day when he came by. I have work in the a.m. an non of us can sleep. I pay Max rent an has never been late or had a violation here an this is how I'm treated. I only been here 9 months. It's really sad.
Yes I would because we have security , office personnel that treats you with nothing but respect ... it's pretty quiet
Can say to much i haven't moved into the apartments yet. But I love the office staff i have met which is Benny and Tam.!!!!
