maintenance is great always come in a timely manner, office girls always answer or respond to emails quickly!! all of my neighbors are super nice & considerate make it’s easier to live around them

I've only been here for 2 weeks, but so far so good! The staff is nice and responds quickly. The pricing is great and the grounds are well kept

It’s an amazing place just need to lower prices on tenants that have been here more than 2-3 years lol. Amazing ppl though. Maintenance needs to be quicker rather than waiting 3-4 days

I love it here. All the staff are great! It’s nice quiet neighborhood. It’s clean, the maintenance is great with keeping up with the grounds. I’ve lived in San Antonio for a few years now, and Trails of Elm Creek apts is by far the best community that I have stayed in.

Everyone has been cordial and friendly including staff since I’ve been living here and it’s wonderful. I have made some friends since moving in and always made to feel welcome.

I’ve been with this apartment complex going on three years. I feel safe here and I’ve already built a community with a lot of the neighbors. There has been a lot of work that has been updated over the course of time and I feel that we’re heading in the right direction.the maintenance team has been so helpful every time I place a request. The front staff have always been so courteous to me and very helpful. I could call this place my home.

This will be the last time I renew here. The residents are an afterthought no matter who is managing this complex. This is my third year Trails of Elm Creek, rent has gone up dramatically for the state that this complex is in. Hot water is not a guarantee. Roaches are also an issue, although I understand it’s the neighbors that contribute to the infestation- management should have the building sprayed if it’s gotten this bad. I was late paying rent by one day for the first time and I received an eviction letter. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous especially after spending the weekend with no hot water for my family. I Do Not recommend leasing here. Residents are just dollar signs. Paying high rent for trash complex & managements focus is on the wrong things.

Always fast to fix any problems with my apartments .very polite gentlemans who comes to my apartment to fix things .the staffs in office very very helpful

I absolutely love these apartments. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The maintenance is wonderful and prompt. The neighborhood is amazing and beautiful. The residents are all so friendly and I've been here 3 months and so far it's the best place I have lived in all of San antonio. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.

I have had a pleasant experience so far in my short time here. I look forward to continue staying here and learning more about the community.

I have had family members try to move in and they have give them a multiple of reasons why they could not the maintenance is the biggest problem the second biggest problem is the dumpster on the weekend we feel like we live in a dumpster trash is everywhere

This community is amazing. The very minute issues don't even matter!! I love this place and so does my Izzie!!! I am trying to get more people to come rent here!!

The staff is always so courteous whenever I have any problem and try to get it resolved as soon as possible. I have no complaints. Thank you everyone for always being so nice.

The units and overall property is well kept. Very spacious apartments. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and resolve the matter in a speedy fashion. Leasing office staff are pleasant professional and by the book.

Community (apartments) needs updated ! Renovated! Grounds could use attention , too many rocks!!!

This place is like family.I have lived here for 20 plus years.I would recommend this place absolutely.

The opportunity to have a walking trail or biking trail is now much more achievable with a little help from the residents.

It has been 2 months since request was made. Maintenance did identify the problem & said it would be fixed 2 weeks ago. Nothing yet. I have lived at Trails of Elm Creek since 2006. This is the worst service I have had.

I've lived here several years and plan to stay.

I love my apartments, my maintenance are over worked and still provide the best service! Thank you.

Been here over 20 years. This is a place I proudly call home.

I like the location. I had a bumpy beginning with the initial process but other than that we like it here for the most part. All the amenities are nice, just need to be better maintained.

This has been my home for 7 years, so i have mixed feelings, overall when it comes to maintaining the property there on point.

Some things can be improved such as pet owners not picking up after their dogs mess on the walkways but all the staff will make sure it is taken care of when trying to figure out which resident was being negligent. Every employee I’ve encountered here has be amazing.

I would recommend it because it's a nice area. Closer to school. The leasing agent was the cherry on top. As a single mom of 3, the way she treated me was so great

Safety issues, people who don't live here coming in at all hours of day and night causing trouble. Not secure. Need improvement!

Great area - it's safe, close to grocery stores/med center/good schools, and it's affordable. There are lots of good people who live here. As for amenities, the dog park really needs a bench and some shade and the playground needs to be fixed. But I love the open green area with walking tails behind the complex!
