The Towns of Chapel Hill is a very quiet community with an excellent location. It is very convenient to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. There is a quaint little park with a walking path that is perfect for a daily walk adjacent to the property. The complex has many pluses. Two story townhouses mean that no one is above or below your unit which makes for a quieter experience than a regular apartment. Also, having a half bath downstairs is a nice convenience. The master bedroom is impressively spacious. Although there are issues at Chapel Hill, as at any complex, generally the staff are professional, competent, and caring. The location is excellent with the Shops at Willow Bend right across the street and many other stores, restaurants, etc. within a five-to-ten-minute distance. Despite being so conveniently located, the place is impressively quiet.

I relocated to Texas from the East Coast and Towns of Chapel Hill was my 1st place of residence. I selected this community instead of a place in Frisco because of the square footage and it was pretty good for 6 months. I dont know what happened when I decided to hold off on purchasing a house and continue my stay at Towns of Chapel. It seemed to have all gone down hill.

I have lived here for 3 years with no issues. I have been dealing with a roach problem since August that does not seem to be a concern for management. My downstairs neighbor had roaches, the complex was aware, and they only treated his apt. This in turn caused the roaches to migrate into my apt. I understand this type of thing may happen in apartment complexes but it should also be resolved. This has been on going for 2.5 months. I have had to be bothersome with multiple emails and calls to get any action taken, yet I still have roaches. I reached out to the regional manager regarding this issue and was ignored. I was advised I would be kept up to date regarding a building inspection from the complex manager and was not. I had to follow up and call again. I am extremely disappointed in how this is being handled and I am also disgusted. TOCH is listed as a luxury apt and the rent amount reflects what they claim to advertise, but do not expect luxury, expect roaches.

Calm and peaceful place in the middle of the city, the Apartment is attached to Barksdale elementary school and within walking distance.

I've been a resident of Towns of Chapel Hill apartments going on 4 years. It's been a pleasant experience all around. The grounds look beautiful all year round, which to me is a big plus that the community I live in is well maintained even through the COVID year. It's easy to submit maintenance requests and make rent payments on their convenient online portal. I've been very happy here.

The location is good for my needs. The apt is clean. Disappointed that they went up on rent during COVID era when people are struggling financially. None of my friends experienced rent increases but oh well. Also disappointed in the trash service. It’s $22 month and the bins are always over flowing with trash. Could be due to people who live here, but it’s gross. Overall good place to live if you have someone to split bills with instead of a single post grad college student with a zillion dollars in loans just trying to get by.

Ive been here going on my fourth year, and really love living here. Its quiet, the grounds are always kept nice and clean, The management team are always very nice and responsive, maintenance shows up right away and gets everything done quickly, I love my apartment and have no complaints.
