SoNo, short for South of North Avenue, is an urban district of Atlanta that sits between Downtown and Midtown. This quaint neighborhood borders Interstate 85, so commuting is easier than ever. Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues are all around SoNo. The North Avenue Marta Station and Fox Theatre are directly north of this urban neighborhood.
SoNo is mainly made up of Emory University Hospital Midtown and surrounding medical offices. However, SoNo is also home to the Original JR Crickets, Midtown Tavern, and Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse. Situated immediately west of Central Park, residents have easy access to a community green space. Check out Folk Art Park near the south end of town for some green space and sweeping views of Atlanta’s skyline.

I’m loving it. The staff is awesome! They are kind and helpful. The maintenance is very quick and always responsive. I would recommend it too my friends and family.
Almost 10 years and still loving every moment of it. Location is perfect! 3 minutes from Ponce City Market. 12 minutes from the Airport. 7 minutes from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, 5 minutes from the Downtown Skyline.
It's definitely been okay. Obviously, I've been here nearly 2 years and planning on at least another year. The majority of the staff here is extremely personable and polite and very easy to deal with. Especially Mitchell in the front office and Stefan and Jules on the maintenance team. Preston is an incredibly efficient, professional, and competent/experienced property manager as well, and you can absolutely tell. I love how they really take effort to ensure the community is free of trash and debris, and any time there are any issues with anything like the trash compactor, security gates, or any onsite maintenance going on, they ALWAYS make sure they communicate, over-communicate, really. This turned out to be a good decision, and I am deeply satisfied and feel safe and comfortable living here. Period.

The management is great, maintenance could be better. Any current or future tenants experience would depend on their interaction with management and their neighbors. It’s a decent location close to shops & highways.

Overall good experience. Maintenance can be slow but they are friendly. Property management team varies depending on who you speak too. Most of them are really good.

Leasing office staff is great, my stay here has been pleasant. If there are any concerns, the management addresses them promptly. Great location, mainly quiet, despite occasional traffic during peek hours.

Good responsive service and communication. Also a nice social environment. What stands out to me is central location_many of the top restaurants and hotels are near. Please don’t forget the sport arenas are around the corner which brings a lively downtown crowd on the regular.

Great and helpful leasing office staff and maintenance. Property well maintained. Downside is small size of single unit apartments and very thin walls, floors, and windows.

My experience here has been ok, but I would not recommend the resident "referral program" I referred a client here & from the beginning experienced issues. Starting w/ the fact that My name never populated on their application, & when I informed office staff I was initially assured by 2 employees that it would be OK because they had a record. Within 30 days of my referral moving in I called to check on the incentive & was assured by mgmt. that an "email would be sent" After 4 months having received no Communication nor the promised incentive, I reached out to Office staff & was assured by mgmt that "another email would be sent" & finally given a referral form to fill out which was returned w/in 24hrs. 2wks later I sent an email for follow up and was assured the corporate office would be contacted. 3 weeks ago I sent an email directly to mgmt & haven't received a response at all. The person I Referred has been living here 6 months atp, So, NO, I do not recommend the "referral program".
This met my expectations, on every aspect. You guys made my move to Atlanta smooth. I admire our community and my new home. I’d do it over and over again.

I’ve been here going on two years and the staff is still amazing! Whenever there are issues, they are addressed in a timely manner. The location and size of the units are also a plus.

We love it here! We have been living here for about three months now and couldn't be happier. The townhomes are spacious and the community is well maintained. Any maintenance requests are quickly resolved and the complex puts on great events for the community. We couldn't recommend this place enough and are happy to call it home!

Nice and quite. Very convenient location. Nice neighbors. Maintenance typically fixes whatever reported issues within 24-48 hours. Property management stays in contact with residents about any events/services well in advance by email.

We’ve been here for 2 years now and love the complex and staff! It’s perfect living in a townhome in the heart of Atlanta with access to great places to eat and drink and a dog park across the street.

Apartment is great, some minor maintenance issues from the start but really great space and maintenance team has been prompt. Amenities are nice and the complex is maintained well.

I have lived in this community for over 7 years. I love the location and overall experience. I will admit the first few years were the best. The office and maintenance staff were incredible. Recent years have been just ok. The constant revolving management changes without any announcements of these changes, maintenance not following through and removing free guest parking has been the reason why my experience has gone from amazing to just ok. I feel the community is safe overall. However it would be nice to have a security officer on site. I rank my experience a 4 because I truly love my apartment. I do wish the complex would provide incentives for those of us who have been loyal residents. For example, I would love to have my carpet cleaned or my air filters changed on a regular basis. Small things like that would make me feel appreciated.

Love the location in Downtown Atlanta and having a private two car garage. I don't know of any other place near downtown that comes close to this.
The service remains impeccable, along with open lines of communication and the maintenance staff continues to take care of all issues. When it came to renewal options, the process was fast , along with a small increase to rent

Townhouse Atlanta is a pretty good value. The space is laid out nicely. There a a lot of closet spaces. It’s 30min on Marta to the airport. The complex seems safe overall.
