I have had a great experience here at Lake Park. The leasing office staff has been nothing shy of amazing. Quite nice seems to be a peaceful place to live. It has a lot of technology integrated. Love the attached garage. It’s big enough for two car. The office staff is very friendly.

Love it here! Quiet and office and maintenance staff are extremely professional and prompt. I thought about buying another house but when I consider the beautiful free lawn service, property upkeep, free maintenance, on-site fitness center, and trash pickup..... I've been here 3 years and have no plans on moving.

The property is mainly young professionals or small families. It is perfectly located for easy access in any direction. It doesn't hesitate to remove those that do not respect grounds or other residents which is a plus to know thst for the price point you will get worry free living.

I am know by my family as someone that has a very low tolerance for "standard services" offered in the community. I downgraded from a 4 bedroom home after my daughter moved and was extremely concerned about reentering apartment life after so many years. I absolutely LOVE living here. The property, office staff, and maintenance service is exceptional. (I'm not easily pleased and over the years have earned an appreciation of very high standards.)

I met with Lucy as a walk-in on a Saturday and she scheduled me to come in on Tuesday. Luckily there was a unit available that met my needs. I filled out the application then and was moving in that weekend. She did an amazing job of helping me get things set up! She took care of minor concerns before I moved in and even after. Townhome was clean and empty when I moved in. Even now, Lucy still asks me when I see her if everything is still going well. Shes made the experience so much more comfortable!!

Its an okay place to live. Its not worth market rent, and apparently everyones rent is going up when they renew- since the manager accidentally sent a message to the whole community. There arent really any events, and there isnt much parking for your guests.

Great floor plans, clean and well maintained, great community amenities, great location. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone but I would also warn that there are A LOT of stairs. Once you get past that, it's great!

Maintenance is understaffed. It often takes weeks or months to have a work order completed. The assistant manager seems to be the only one that knows what is going on- the leasing agent is new since the other fantastic employee left. The manager seems checked out, and doesnt seem to prioritize resident concerns. He often acts like he doesnt know us. Overall, its a pretty good place to live but the experience is not worth market rent. At this price point you would expect events of some kind and socialization, and all they have done is have a dumb basketball gift card giveaway in the last 6 months. There was also a food truck one time, but Im not sure thats a event or benefit since it was at our cost. Our previous property frequently gave away breakfast at the gate, sometimes pizza in the afternoon, and snow cones. None of that happens here.

The property is absolutely beautiful. I lived in West Palm Beach, FL for 13 years and I can honestly say the utopia appearance of WPB and his property is very similar. The pool, large pond with large rocks for seating, walking trails, fitness city, electric gate (that is always operational), prompt and professional maintenance, spacious parking, neighbors, unit interior and exterior design, etc. I could go on and on and finally the office staff is very professional and prompt to respond. I downsized from a 3,000 sf home to my unit. My family and friends who know me are amazed when I tell them I plan on retiring living in my current unit because of my history of being very picky. I was a little reserved when I chose to move here as well knowing my expectations, but to my delight this property and my unit exceeds my expectations.

Friendly staff made it super easy for me to view options, see the townhome, and quickly get approved for a rapid move in date after my house was struck by lightning. Jessica and staff made it a seemless effort. The Townhomes at Lake Park are new, clean, nice, good quality, and functional. The pool is large and the gym is nice as well as the ease of getting packages delivered and trash collection.

I absolutely love the property. My cottage unit is breath-taking with all of the upgrades and front door parking! The property is pristine. The landscape is awesome. The application and move-in process is flawless, all electronic. State of the art living accommodations and staff assistance. Relocating is NEVER easy. Townhomes at Lake Park was a blessing to me when I needed it the most.

I love living here at Lake Park because of the peace and quite. The property is very well kept and service request are dealt with expeditiously. Luxer One is also a great addition to residential services.
