I lived here two years ago, and I can confidently say this year was a much better experience than last time. When problems arose, the office and staff were quick to address me and help in any way possible. The office and staff are also very understanding and willing to work with you, which is something I appreciate.
It’s pretty a great experience, just make sure you check the apartment before you move in , to se if there’s no dog hair make sure they follow your preferences that you selected when you applied other than that they have amazing staff .

things have been much better since my crazy roommate was removed. a little disappointed so many things in the weight room are broken, and the mailbox can be hard to get into sometimes. other than that, not bad anymore

Overall not bad, of course there could be improvements like more frequent buses. That’s one of my big issues as it’s a hassle if you’re a student. However, I do enjoy being far as it’s a lot more quite and feels more comfortable.

It’s been pretty nice, the place is kind of messy and maintenance could be a lot better, but they help when needed. Like when my toilet had a leak they were there to fix it the next day.

they helped with answering questions and switching me apartment units, but theres a huge wasp issue, and when given the apartment it’s not usually fully cleaned. the utility payments are also charged with a fee for using the app you have to pay through.

Good apartment with public transportation around and in a nice area. Most people around are very friendly. The apartment rent is a very good price for the size and amenities available.
Management could be better. Decent experience, wish roommate pairing was better. I hate the simplebills billing for utilities I think they could do something different.

I would like more security and transparency regarding any events near the area. I believe this is essential for our safety, such as making sure the gates are working, having active patrol, etc. other than that, the service is good for their price

Really good for the price! The pool could be upgraded a bit, sometimes it’s really dirty and hot tub didn’t work. But overall I enjoy the amenities and people!

Very good for the price. The only issue is I keep having to call maintenance about our freezer not freezing and they don't do anything. Other then that it's fine

Town Lake offers a fantastic location and friendly staff, which are definite pluses. However, my initial experience was marred by significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom had visible mold, and the bathtub's paint was peeling, with mold also growing within the porcelain itself. While the location is undeniably convenient and the staff are welcoming, the maintenance of the property needs improvement. Additionally, there appears to be an issue with trash disposal, as debris sometimes blows out of the dumpsters and remains unaddressed for extended periods, sometimes months. If the cleanliness and maintenance concerns are addressed, Town Lake would be a much more desirable place to live.

I have enjoyed living here. I am not home very often, so I have not had many chances to use the amenities, but the property is clean and taken care of. I wish we had newer appliances and regular maintenance of apartments such as changing the air filter or light bulbs. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience living here.

Overall the apartment is great for the price and availability. It is on the bus route to UT and close to a grocery store. The apartment complex overall has all the basics for a college student and they also host a number of opportunities to get you out of your apartment. Maintenance is really quick to get out to your building as well. The only thing to take into account is getting out with roommates, especially random ones. If you are a student, you may be placed with people who are not students and are in different places in their lives.

Good and affordable place to live. There was one week where I didnt have hot water and that was not fun. However, my other maintance request has been answered quickly. Also my downstairs neighbor pulled out a gun this morning and that was scary.

My experience has been so far so good! If I ever have an issue, it’s always heard and resolved. I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else at this point in my life!

It has been okay. I live with nice other ladies; we all respect each other and live well together. The apartments gates haven't been working for a while and are open 24 hours a day, which isn't safe.

overall it is ok, i feel like the management and communication can be a lot better than it is. as well as the maintenance. it’s taken multiple attempts to get connected with whoever i need to get a hold of.

I like the place nice and quiet atmosphere. If only the gates and swimming pool can be fixed, also do quick response on maintenance issues when they are reported.

It's been good so far. The rangers come quickly if anything is wrong, the only thing is appliances like ovens and dryer/washer need to be taken care of more often. They are not the greatest.

People in the office are very nice to help me on application. They are very patient on answering questions i have, and kindly provide me solutions.
The 30 fee is very unforgiving, if there are any glitches or issues the fees just keep stacking up, from your very first payment attempt before you even get to move in. Highly suggest anyone paying skip online pay and auto pay just do a physical money order.

I just moved in but I’ve had a pleasant experience so far. Maintenance has taken care of a wasp nest I needed removed. The office staff are pretty nice as well. I just hope they redo the pool area or clean it up
